This page is for those in the Pennsic encampment who are actively involved in the set-up and ongoing improvements of the House Wild Rose encampment at Pennsic. There are currently two sections: 

1. The set up schedule for Saturday through Monday;

2. The take down schedule for Saturday and Sunday; and

3. The group project chart.

If you wish to add anything to these, or you have comments, contact   Roz.

Set-Up Schedule

Set up crew:  Roz, William, Catherine, Olrun, & Francesca.  Please come help us! We're old!

Items are marked with a number to designate order to be done. The letters designate that different people are doing tasks at the same time.

Saturday

1a. Do the land agent thing--Roz 
1b. Bitch and moan about how long it's taking--everyone else
2. Rope off camp boundaries and unload tents and poles
3. Put up Broadhurst, kitchen tent and Vixen
4. Put up personal tents
5. Unload vehicles and trailer--everyone
6. Catherine-- go to get beer, ice, and anything else needed from town
6b. Will--go get storage trailer
7. Put up Pennington and move in the tools and firewood
8. Nesting in personal tents and entrenching--everyone available
9. Set up dining area
9b. Set up shower--Will
10. Dinner and beer drinking

Sunday

1. Set up kitchen, dining area, and finish nesting in personal tents
2. Set up bridge
3. Set up gate, walls, and ropes
4. Entrenching tents
4b.Set up firepits and roaster
5. Move trailer to parking area and park cars
6. Dinner and more beer drinking.

Monday

1. Put up roses and do gardens
2. Set up tiki torches
3. Put up the rest of the decorations, banners, pennons, candles, lanterns, etc.
4. Dinner and yet more beer drinking--everyone

Take Down Schedule

Wild Rose Strike Force: Roz, Catherine, William, We're even older now!

Saturday

1. Start packing up personal tents--everyone   
2a. Wash all dishes and pack up kitchen--Roz
2b. Empty firepits and roaster 
2c. Get trailers and bring to camp--William
3a. Put things in storage trailer
3b. Pack kitchen items into trailers
3c.  Drop kitchen tent and pack
4. Take down gate decorations, garden, and gate
5a. Pack up shop area--Will
5b. Drop Broadhurst walls
6. Drop Broadhurst and pack up
7. Everyone gets a last shower and gets ready to go to town for dinner--remove all personal belongings from bath house
8. Pack up up shower and bath house
7c. Take down Vixen walls and set pallets out to dry
8. Go to dinner

Sunday

1a. Go get cars.
1b. Take down Vixen and Villa
1c. Take down and pack up tiki torches
2a. Take down  bridge
2b. Finish packing personal stuff and start loading cars
3. Drop personal tents
4. Finish packing vehicles and  trailers--everyone
5. Clean up site and leave--everyone
