I forgot to start the tracklog at the trailhead, so there is a bit missing from the ascent.
The trip was later in the year than last time so it was too dark to take shots of the scenery. Trust me... it was beautiful, with aspen leaves turning golden. We lucked out with perfect weather and clear starry skies.
After the trip we stopped at Oskar Blues in Lyons for beers. We were the only ones in the upstairs bar and ended up with some great entertainment provided by the bartender/brew master.
