now ! We are currently in the process of developing an integrated shopping cart package in our web page that will enable you to choose the item and quantity that you would like to purchase. With this package, you will be able to choose a shipping arrangement; receive an email confirmation of your order, to include shipping charges; be able to track your shipment from our site and a variety of other options.
Until then, we ask that you email your order to us describing exactly what and how many of each item you would like. If you use the item number and description from the catalog pages, that will help us ensure that you get exactly what you order. Once we receive your order, we will calculate shipping charges and email you back the total for your order.
Of course, we will also accept money orders and personal/business checks. Orders paid by money order, cashier check, PayPal or Billpoint will get shipped within 5 business days while checks must clear the bank first.
We use your choice of PayPal or Billpoint for processing of VISA and MasterCard orders. Using either service allows to pay by credit card without ever sending your credit card info to us. There are no buyer fees for using either PayPal or Billpoint. In fact, if you are not already signed up for PayPal, you can earn $5 for registering today. All orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation. Most are shipped Priority postage unless the package is very heavy. According to the USPS, Priority will get your package across the United States in two or three days, but it may take up to five days to go from coast to coast. Packages weighing more than 30 pounds will be shipped Parcel Post unless you specify otherwise. Also, if you would like quicker shipment, please tell us so in your email. Do realize that your package will get to you quickest if you send us a money order first.
Our return policy is simple. We want you, the customer, to be happy. A happy customer returns and brings friends. You can have up to 10 days inspection. If you are not happy, for any reason, email us for a Return Authorization and send it back. You will be reimbursed for the items returned less shipping. You have to pay the return shipping. All returned items must be in the same condition as received or they will not be accepted for refund.
