The following pages contain photos of our work taken over the years. Most of the designs are original art, but as with artists of all mediums, we draw from those that inspire us, the rich and varied cultures from which this art comes, and everything around us.

We would like to acknowledge all the women, of all the generations, who passed down this beautiful craft. We would also like to acknowledge the work of all those who have ‘adopted’ this tradition, most especially Loretta Roome. Loretta, along with many, many other wonderful henna artists the world over, have given this ancient art a new life.

Please note that some of the photos show the designs with the henna paste still in place. In these photos the design will appear black. In other photos, where the paste has already been removed, you will see the beautiful reddish-brown stain that is produced from using natural henna.
