Royal Beginnings

 

 

The Minnesota Royals were founded in 1997 when a Brian and Cindy Eaton contacted other parents of kids with Spina Bifida from the south metro (Twin Cities) about getting together and learning how to play wheelchair basketball. Over the years the Royals have evolved into a competitive varsity team. Most of the current roster was on the team in 1997.
