You and your guests are about to embark on a trip to a destination of your choice!  You have $10,000 to spend on your trip, to make your trip wonderful!

Your task:

1. Plan a 5-Day trip completely within your budget.
2. Determine how many people are going with you on your trip—remember YOU’RE paying for everything!!!
3. Provide reasons for choosing that destination.
4. Organize your expenses in categories, and list how much you spent for each item in that category.
1. Travel Arrangements
   1. Includes:  airfare, train tickets, rental cars, taxi fares, etc.
2. Food
   1. Includes:  breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks
3. Hotel Accommodations
   1. Includes:  nightly hotel rate, special additions (room service)
4. Entertainment
   1. Includes:  anything you do for fun
5. Keep a journal describing what you did each day.
1. Your journal needs to include pictures, and a list of activities for each day, including the times you did each activity.  This should be at least one page per day.
6. Only account for taxes available to you. (You don’t have to figure out tax for every item if it’s not listed in the brochure or website.)
