  • Stress is an emotional pressure.  It can be caused by an increase in peer pressure, violence in schools, and increased expectations in teens such as Academics, sports, and communities.

  • Knowing you have stress can be easily found.  Sometimes, when taking a test, it’s hard for you to think clearly, your stomach is upset, palms are sweaty, you can even feel your heart beating fast are a few common ways most people know their body is stressed.
