pH
Miracle
INTRODUCTION
I‘ve been reading a lot
of diet and health books recently, and it seems that a common thread that runs
through many of them has to do with the pH of foods; the more acidic a food is,
the more problems it can cause. Our bodies need to be as close to a pH of 7.365,
which is the optimal pH of the blood. When this is achieved we will have an
increase in energy, mental clarity, concentration, and muscle mass, bright eyes
and clear skin. It will also decrease our body weight, body fat, cholesterol,
itching, tumors/cancer, allergy symptoms and pain, etc. And if you have
diabetes, it can decrease your need for insulin injections, as well as help
people with heart disease, arthritis, lupus and gout. All of the body’s
regulatory mechanisms, including breathing, digestion, circulation and hormone
production, work to balance the acid-base equilibrium. The first symptoms of
increased acidity are skin irruptions, headache, allergies, cold/flu and sinus
conditions. The more chronic symptoms of acidity are thyroid, adrenal, or liver
dysfunction. When pH is too low (acidic), oxygen levels decrease and cellular
metabolism slows or stops, which causes the cells to die, causing the microzymas
(the clean-up crews that decompose the body) to go to work because
it thinks we’re dead! This is where the first symptoms of illness show
up, but you have to be looking for them. Minerals help to neutralize acids in
the body. So take you calcium magnesium, sodium and potassium supplements daily
to help rid these acids from the body. Increased acid buildup gets stored in the
tissues and lymph system. The body tries to neutralize what it can, and the rest
returns back through the blood, starting the viscous cycle over again, stressing
the liver and kidneys to draw out more minerals to neutralize the acids. In
addition, when the lymph system becomes overloaded or is not working properly
due to lack of exercise, then more acids build up in the tissues and blood
because the body is trying to utilize its mineral stores to prevent acidosis and
toxification, causing a breakdown in the cell, leading to illness and disease.
For example, the body may excrete toxins (acidic) through the skin causing
eczema, acne, boils, muscle cramps/aches/pains, swelling/irritation/inflammation
and headaches.
CANDIDA
Candida is a fungus/yeast
that naturally grows in the body, but can become overabundant by eating acidic
foods since it thrives in an acidic environment. It’s not the fungus/yeast
itself that’s detrimental to our health, causing illness and disease; it’s
their excretions. These waste products (mycotoxins – substances produced by
mold growing in food that causes illness or death when ingested by man or
animals) lead to a long list of symptoms and diseases that are usually chronic
and degenerative in nature. Some are mentioned above plus atherosclerosis,
psoriasis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and many types of contagious
infections. General signs of overgrowth include pain, infection, fatigue and
body malfunction, including adrenal/thyroid failure, indigestion, diarrhea, food
cravings, intestinal pain, depression, hyperactivity, antisocial behavior,
asthma, hemorrhoids, cold/flu, respiratory difficulties, endometriosis, dry
skin, itching, thrush, receding gums, finger/toenail fungus, dizziness, joint
pain, bad breath, ulcers, heartburn, dry mouth, PMS and other menstrual
problems, irritability, puffy eyes, decreased sex drive, skin rash/hives, Lupus,
mood swings, hormonal imbalance, vaginal yeast infections, cysts, tumors,
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), numbness, hay fever, acne, gas/bloating, bowel
irregularity (constipation; less than one bowel movement per day), low blood
sugar, hiatal hernia, headache, lethargy/laziness, insomnia, suicidal
tendencies, coldness, tremors, infections, overweight and underweight
conditions, chemical sensitivities, poor memory, muscle aches, allergies (food
or environmental), burning eyes, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), malabsorption, bladder
infections, and general malaise (overall bad feeling). When the body goes from
acid to alkaline, yeast, fungus and mold stop growing/proliferating and become
benign. Then, the leftover toxins are bound up by minerals and fats, and
eliminated from the body. The body is like a fish tank. Dirty air and food can
create a dirty tank, causing disease. So, “clean your tank/water” by
drinking more water (all drinking water should be purified) and eating cleaner
foods to decrease illness/disease. An acid environment allows for bug (microbes)
to take hold. Disease is a condition of our own inner environment, not something
caused by an attack of some foreign entity. There is something that lives
independently in the cells and body fluids called microzymas, which evolve into
bacteria, yeast, mold and fungus, and visa versa if there’s an acidic
environment. These can cause degeneration or regeneration, respectively,
depending on which way it’s evolving. For example, red blood cells (RBC)
de-evolve into bone, muscle, skin, brain, liver and heart cells, etc., and these
cells can de-evolve into bacteria, yeast, mold and fungus. But this can only
happen in an acid (not alkaline) environment. Think about death: the body stops
breathing, becoming anaerobic (without oxygen), which microforms thrive in, and
these microforms are released to go and decompose the dead body tissue, reducing
us back to microzymas (the carbon cycle). So, with microform overgrowth in an
overly acidic environment, this process begins prematurely causing
rotting/fermenting/molding inside. These microforms are not inherently bad, they
actually help recycle the cells that have been broken down to be renewed, so the
garbage leftovers don’t pile up.
WEIGHT
Your fat cells are
protecting you by carrying away acids from your vital organs. So, if you’re
acidic, you’re fat! Therefore, if you eat more alkaline foods, you will become
less acidic, and your body will not need so much fat. In addition, yeast/fungus
can interfere with digestion, leading to decreased nutrient absorption, making
you hungry for nutrients (craving more food) and causing weight gain. An
imbalanced body can lead to adrenal exhaustion, causing decreased energy or
thyroid fatigue, which then causes a lowered metabolic rate. Sugar cravings,
oversized appetites and low blood sugar usually are due to yeast/mold/fungus
overgrowth. In addition, yeast/fungus in an overly acidic environment, feed on
your protein and other nutrients, thus interfering with the absorption of what
you eat (up to 50%) leading to weight loss/being excessively thin.
ALLERGIES
The toxins produced from
these microforms within an acidic, oxygen-deprived environment, contribute
significantly to what are commonly considered allergy symptoms, severely
stressing the immune system, causing it to become overtaxed and unable to deal
very well with these allergens. When you have no symptom-producing yeast/fungus,
it is impossible to have allergies.
FATIGUE
Fatigue is a major/common
symptom of an overly acidic body, or a body, overgrown with negative microforms.
These microforms ferment sugar in our bodies that we would normally use for
energy, and then they release acid waste products as a result, causing an
increased acidic environment in our body. This causes the decreased absorption
of protein minerals and other nutrients, causing decreased hormone and enzyme
production, along with decreased cell reconstruction and other necessary
processes, resulting in lowered energy. The pancreas, liver and adrenals are all
susceptible to the negative effects of mycotoxins. Also, they deplete your
supplies of the B-complex vitamins, iron and other minerals, and they also
decrease energy because of the decreased blood sugar. Fatigue causes an increase
in microform growth, which causes fatigue (vicious circle). This is why
microforms are considered the major players in CFS. Fermented sugars create
acetaldehyde, which causes decreased strength/stamina, fatigue, cloudy thinking,
and decreased ambition due to the decreased absorption of protein and minerals,
which causes a decreased production of enzymes and hormones. Acetaldehyde also
destroys neurotransmitters, and it binds to the walls of RBC, making it more
difficult for them to be transported through the capillaries, thus leading to
the starvation/oxygen deprivation of the tissues. Also, the liver converts
acetaldehyde into alcohol, which depletes magnesium, sulfur, hydrogen and
potassium, which causes a decrease in energy, as well as having symptoms of
intoxication such as disorientation, dizziness and mental confusion, etc. Also,
increased alcohol comes from a decrease in oxygen.
MOOD
DISORDERS/NEUROLOGICAL IMBALANCES
Depression and other mood
disorders are associated with microform overgrowth and an acidic body. The
mycotoxins interfere with the production of coenzyme A. Decreased Co-enzyme A
causes depression, anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, mood swings and PMS.
Other symptoms simply come from being poisoned: being paranoid, out of control
of ones actions, inability to do the right (known) thing, mental incompetence,
and a variety of other behavioral/emotional/psychological disturbances. In
addition, microform overgrowth increases acidity in the body, which produces
other neurological disorders such as headaches, migraines, difficulty
concentrating, memory problems, confusion, dizziness and MS-like symptoms such
as slurred speech and decreased muscle coordination.
SUGAR METABOLISM
Hypoglycemia
(low blood sugar) and diabetes
(high blood sugar) both
are due to microform
overgrowth and fermentation
of our sugars due
to the increase of yeast/fungus/mold.
For example, Alloxan poisons
and destroys pancreatic
cells causing a decrease
in insulin control, which leads
to hypoglycemia.
The adrenal glands and
liver are also involved.
OTHER SYMPTOMS
Other
symptoms of acidity and microform overgrowth include vaginal
infections, menstrual problems,
infertility, prostatitis, rectal
itching, UTI/urgency/burning,
allergies, congestion,
increased mucus,
postnasal drip, frequent
clearing of the throat,
chronic cough, sore
throat, earache,
asthma, bronchitis,
get sick easily,
athlete's foot,
jock itch, skin
rash, hives, moles,
birthmarks, ringworm,
nail fungus, acne
and tumors.
KIDS
Thrush,
diaper rash, tonsillitis,
colic, constipation,
diarrhea, SIDS, ADD, ADHD, aggressiveness,
irrational behavior,
poor self-esteem,
learning disabilities and decreased attention
spans can all be due to acidity/microform overgrowth
of the mother.
IMBALANCE CAUSES
Poor
diet, external toxicity/pollution
and psychological stress (emotional upheaval,
negative thinking, etc.)
produces an increase of acid in the body, leading to
an increase in bacteria,
fungus, mold and
yeast, which causes an
increase in acidity from
their waste products,
causing more bacteria, fungus, mold and yeast to grow
(vicious circle).
Digestive disturbances
cause microform overgrowth, which then leads to an increase of toxins from the
waste products of these microforms, causing acidic blood/an acidic body as well
as the overgrowth of yeast, fungus, molds and bacteria, which then cause
digestive disturbances (vicious circle). And long-term/chronic problems such as
these can lead to more serious conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS),
Crohn’s and colon cancer, etc.
PROBIOTICS
Friendly bacteria help to
keep us healthy and alive. They maintain the intestinal wall and internal
environment, prepare food for absorption and assimilation of nutrients, and
excrete beneficial substances like lactic acids and acidolphin, which aids
digestion. In addition, probiotics also help to make almost all of the
B-vitamins and vitamin K, protect against germs like salmonella and Candida, and
neutralize toxins, preventing their absorption in the body as well as
controlling unfriendly (bad) bacteria and microforms. There should be
approximately 3-4 pounds of probiotics in a healthy digestive system. But most
of us only have about one-quarter of this amount. This is due mainly to the
over-consumption of animal products, processed foods, chemicals (including
medicines), overeating, and excess stress. However, without the correct pH,
probiotics will not function properly. In fact, even friendly probiotics may
cause the same problems in the body that the unfriendly (bad) bacteria are
causing. Probiotics are helpful in the digestive tract, but are destructive in
the blood and other tissues. Also, the large intestine needs to be slightly
acidic in order to create/initiate peristalsis. High-water- content and
low-sugar foods decrease the body’s acidity, and high-protein foods increase
it.
SMALL INTESTINE
Increased microforms cause
a decrease in nutrient absorption, and this causes a slower regeneration of
cells/tissue, which causes decreased energy, an increased likelihood of getting
sick, and an accelerated aging process. Also, the food in the small intestine
transforms into RBCs. So, the quality of the food we eat determines the quality
of the RBCs, and thus the quality of the bones, muscles and organs, etc. You are
what you eat! Mucus causes RBCs to not form properly, which causes other cells
to have to change back into RBCs (stealing them from bone, muscle, etc.).
Mucus-forming foods (from
worst to least): dairy products, animal protein, white flour,
processed foods, chocolate, coffee, alcohol. Vegetables do not cause the
formation of mucus. This thick mucus envelops and traps the fecal matter and
other debris (slime). Emotional stress, environmental pollution, decreased
exercise, and decreased enzymes and probiotics in the small and large intestine
causes a buildup of slime on the intestinal walls, which increases the transit
time of the waste products. In addition, a decrease in fiber has the same
effect, slowing it further. And when it stops, it hardens and makes a barrier
between the fecal material and the intestinal wall, which leads to an increase
in unfriendly organisms (microforms), which can bore through the colon wall and
get into the bloodstream, putting more stress on the immune system and liver,
etc. These microforms can eventually end up in the tissues, organs, Central
Nervous System (CNS), skeletal structure, lymph system and bone marrow, etc.
This process may cause symptoms such as heartburn, gas, bloating, ulcers,
nausea, gastritis, constipation, cramps, foul odor, abdominal pain, colitis,
diverticulitis, cold hands, lightheadedness, lung congestion, asthma, etc. The
body creates mucus as a natural defense against acid. It binds to it in order to
rid it from the body.
RESTORING HEALTH
Proper diet restores
probiotics to normal. Remember, if your body is acidic, probiotics will not
work!
The following is a brief
list of foods that are alkalizing, and foods that are acid forming:
Alkaline Foods:
vegetables (cooked or raw – green are best), avocados, tomatoes, bell peppers
(red/yellow/green), pure water, and foods high in fiber (fiber soaks up acids,
cleans the intestine, decreases mycotoxins). Low carbohydrate vegetables include
asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, burdock, cabbage, carrots,
cauliflower, celery, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, grasses (especially wheat and
barley), green/yellow squash (zucchini/summer), green beans, spinach, mustard
greens, collard greens, kale, lettuce, watercress, Swiss chard, okra, onions,
parsley, parsnips, peas, radishes, rutabagas, salsify (AKA oyster plant due to
its faint oyster-like flavor. It is grown for its edible root, which is white,
long and slender often reaching a length of 10 to 12 inches. The young shoots or
leaves are often called "chards" and are field blanched and eaten in
salads), scallions, sea vegetables (excluding hijiki and wakame), sprouted
seeds/beans/nuts/grains, turnips and water chestnuts. Also, minerals such as
potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, zinc, silver, copper and iron are very
alkalizing. Be careful of potatoes (red, new potatoes are best). Stored potatoes
contain mycotoxins that have been linked to spina bifida in offspring.
Acidic Foods:
sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, iodine, animal protein, meat, eggs, dairy,
processed/refined foods, yeast products, fermented foods, grains, artificial
sweeteners, fruit, sugar, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, black tea and sodas.
Carbohydrates (including the complex-type, like grains and legumes) cause an
increase in acid. This is why it is best to eat low carbohydrate vegetables (see
above) and foods. Try to eat only 20% complex carbohydrates. A diet that
contains 50% or more of complex carbohydrates causes microform overgrowth; and
simple carbohydrates are even worse.
High carbohydrate
vegetables include potatoes, winter squash (acorn, butternut and pumpkin), yams
and sweet potatoes. Eat these foods in moderation. Avoid canned beans, and soak
dried beans before cooking; and only use them in 20% of your diet. Sprouted
beans (as well as lentils and soy/edamame) are best. Grains need to be fresh,
not stored. If they are older than 3 months, they are full of fungi causing more
mycotoxins. Grains also create increased acid when broken down. So limit their
use, and only use fresh, organic ones. Wheat and rice not only increase acid,
but they also increase mucus, and you should avoid corn altogether because of
its increased mycotoxins. On the other hand, amaranth, quinoa and spelt are only
slightly acidic, and millet and buckwheat are between neutral, slightly acidic
and slightly alkaline, so they do not lead to increased mucus. Spelt, millet and
buckwheat are also higher in protein, thus they are digested more slowly,
keeping blood sugar more balanced. Spelt also lubricates joints, supports the
immune system, and has high amounts of vitamin B17 (an anticancer vitamin).
RAW FOODS
Increased raw foods in the
diet lead to increased enzymes. A diet of between 75-80% raw foods is best.
However, begin slowly, with about 40% of your diet being raw, and work up. Raw
foods are alive and cooked foods are dead.
ORGANIC FOODS
These foods are up to 300%
more nutritious (not to mention the lack of chemicals) than their non-organic
counterparts.
PROTEIN
You can get plenty of
protein from plants if you are getting enough calories to be healthy and you are
eating a reasonable variety of foods. Vegetables (especially leafy green) and
grasses carry all of the amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) the body
needs. In addition, legumes, raw nuts, sprouted seeds, grains, and avocados have
them.
Soy/Isoflavones
– prevent hormone-dependant cancers. Daidzein and Genistein (Isoflavones) both
inhibit cancer and promote cell differentiation. Protease inhibitors are enzymes
that block tumor growth. Physic acid chelates (binds to) mycotoxins that promote
tumor growth, causing a decrease in the tumor size and number. Saponins also
decrease cancer risk. Soy also protects the heart and balances hormones. Fresh
soy is the best. Other soy products such as soybeans/edamame, tofu, soybean
oil/sprouts and lecithin are also good sources; however, soymilk is not since
most have added sugar, which causes an increase in acid (West Soy has a product
without added sugar). Also, beware of processed soybeans/products and the whole
bean, which are more acidic. Tofu is a better source of protein than
animal/dairy products, but it needs to be fresh. Also, avoid fermented soy
products like miso, tempeh and soy sauce.
FRESH FISH
Fish live in water full of
fungi, and like any other animal food, they are acidic and mucus forming. Limit
their use and make sure they’re very fresh. If they have a fishy smell,
they’re too old. Salmon, trout, red snapper, swordfish and tuna are best, and
you must avoid all shellfish because they are full of toxins. They eat all of
the waste at the bottom, which includes other fish feces. In addition, skip the
dried fish as well. They contain too many mycotoxins and fungi.
EXERCISE/PERFORMANCE
Alkalizing helps increase
performance, stamina, muscle mass and energy.
ESSENTIAL FATS
20% of calories should
come from healthy fats (i.e., not saturated, hydrogenated, or
chemically-altered). Our bodies need Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs).
Polyunsaturated fats, like flaxseed, borage, evening primrose, grape seed and
hemp help construct cell membranes, produce hormones, and bind to and eliminate
acids. Monounsaturated fats such as olive, avocado and raw nuts are used for
cellular energy (the body runs on those instead of sugar) when we finally get in
balance. EFAs strengthen immune cells, lubricate joints, insulate the body from
heat loss, provide energy, and are used to make hormones (prostaglandins) that
protect against heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis and
blood clots. They can also help relieve arthritis, asthma, PMS, allergies, skin
conditions, some behavioral disorders and improve brain function. The above oils
are best cold-pressed.
SPROUTS
Sprouts are full of
vitamins, minerals and complex proteins. In addition, they are packed with
enzymes, are very alkaline, and are high in nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), vitamin
B12. Sprouts are easier to digest and create less gas (flatulence) compared to
their un-sprouted form.
JUICE
When you drink juice
(vegetables and grasses, not fruit), you receive a greater concentration of
rapidly usable alkaline salts, vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and enzymes; and
you can assimilate them more rapidly. Carrots and beets are very sweet
vegetables, so use them less in order to decrease your sugar intake. Broths are
also very alkaline, especially cucumber, onion and garlic.
LEMON/LIME/GRAPEFRUIT
These are the best fruits
because they are more alkaline. Fruit is not unhealthy, but the sugar in it
ferments and wreaks havoc on your body’s system. When you are healthy/more
balanced, you can add more fruit to your diet as a treat. Lemon, lime and
grapefruit contain an abundance of oxygen, which decreases microforms because
they do not do well in an anaerobic (without oxygen) environment.
TOMATO/AVOCADO
These are both very
alkalizing. Tomato is more alkaline when raw and mildly acid-forming when
cooked.
SUGAR
Sugar feeds negative
microforms, causing their increased reproduction, which causes increased
decomposition and fermentation of the body. The better, gentler sugars are the
vegetable sugars. DO NOT REPLACE SUGAR WITH ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS! Stevia and
Chicory are the best sugar replacements.
SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES
These are the same as
sugar (see above) and include white flour, white rice, corn (also contains
fungus) and potato.
REFINED/PROCESSED FODDS
Avoid “junk” food.
This includes frozen, low-calorie dinners, frozen burritos, or canned soups.
They are loaded with sugar, salt, artificial colors/flavors, additives,
preservatives, butter, margarine or hydrogenated oils, and are low in fiber.
FRUIT
Though fruit has many
vitamins, minerals and fiber, they are filled with sugar. And sugar is sugar, no
matter what its source. So, fruit (with the exception of lemons, limes and
unsweetened grapefruit) should be avoided in the beginning until you are healthy
again; and then, only small amounts of seasonal fruits should be used. Fruit
juice is worse because it has no fiber and the sugar is more concentrated. Also,
these fruits are usually lower quality ones that would not normally sell well in
the market (look bad) and are usually more diseased and contaminated with
microforms and mycotoxins.
DAIRY
These products usually
contain antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, microforms, mycotoxins and saturated
fats. Lactose (milk sugar) feeds microforms. The animal’s feed is also stored,
which increases fungi, microforms and mycotoxin growth. Dairy is the leading
food that creates mucus, is highly acid forming and can increase the risk of
cancer. In addition, pasteurization destroys the beneficial enzymes, so when
pasteurized milk is left out, it spoils and stinks. In contrast, raw
(unpasteurized) milk curdles naturally and is still edible when left out. This
is why all dairy products should be eliminated from your diet. If you must have
milk, use unprocessed, organic goat’s milk. It contains the antifungal,
caprylic acid. Cows milk is not meant for human consumption. It contains
components that we must convert (using/wasting our body’s resources in the
process) or eliminate as toxins. No other animals drink milk beyond infancy –
and certainly not from a species outside their own! It takes 20 parts
alkalinity to neutralize 1 part acidity. So, if it takes 10, 12 and 21
pounds to make 1 pound of hard cheese, ice cream and butter, respectively, just
think what it takes to counteract the effects of such a high concentration of
acid. It would take 20 cups of something alkaline to neutralize a cup of milk,
and 240 cups (15 gallons) to neutralize 1 cup of ice cream. This is why so many
people have osteoporosis, allergies, lactose-intolerances, and gain weight with
dairy use. These foods are too concentrated and are ultra-acidic in the
bloodstream.
CALCIUM
All leafy green
vegetables, cauliflower, celery, okra, onions, green beans, avocado, black
beans, garbanzo beans (chick peas), tofu, almonds, hazelnuts, sesame seeds and
grasses are inherently high in calcium. Calcium neutralizes the acid from eating
animal protein. So, if you have less calcium with this acidic environment,
calcium will be leached from the bones to make a more alkaline environment.
Therefore, if we decrease our protein intake (especially acid-producing animal
protein), we will not need as much calcium (and it will not be leached from our
bones) to make up for this imbalance.
SALT
Even if you don’t own a
saltshaker, you can still overdose on salt if you eat processed foods. Try to
eliminate all added salt, except Real Salt™ or seasoning salts with vegetables
added, that are alkalizing (see condiments).
SATURATED/UNHEALTHY FATS
The villains are
hydrogenated vegetable oils, margarine, butter, saturated fats and almost all
animal fats (meat, poultry, eggs and dairy). Fish is okay. You do need the good
fats and oils like olive, flaxseed and grape seed. Try Udo’s™ and Essential
Balance™.
MEAT AND EGGS
These are usually filled
with hormones, pesticides, steroids, antibiotic, microforms, mycotoxins and
saturated fats, which cause an increase in heart disease, stroke, cancer and
other diseases. These fats are where the toxins are stored. Also, they are
highly acidic. The animals feed on stored grains and pass on all of the
associated problems in their meat. So avoid them at all costs. There is a strong
correlation between animal protein and several kinds of cancer, particularly
breast, thyroid, prostate, pancreatic, endometrial, ovarian, stomach and colon.
Studies show that people that get 70% of their protein from animal products have
major health difficulties compared to those who only get just 5% of their
protein from animal sources (for example, 17 times the death rate from heart
disease and 5 times the likelihood of dying of breast cancer, in women). The
consumption of eggs alone is associated with an increased risk of colon cancer.
Eggs contain mycotoxins, and dairy products have the same problem, especially
cheese (highest in bacteria/microforms). Increased red meat consumption did not
increase risk (in an Argentina study), possibly because those cows were
free-range and grass-fed (not grain-fed). This is not to say that grass-fed beef
is good for you, just that it may be the lesser of the two evils. An Australian
study linked eggs, red meat, liver, dairy and poultry to colon cancer. Increased
meat consumption was also found to increase the risk of breast cancer in
Japanese women. Another study has linked poultry, ham, salami, bacon, sausage,
cheese, butter and oils (other than olive – generally free of mycotoxins) to
increased thyroid cancer. Animal fats, such as bacon, ham, whole milk and
butter, can also lead to an increased risk of endometrial, ovarian and stomach
cancers. Another study showed that fried and grilled meat (as well as margarine
on white bread) could cause pancreatic cancer. Processed meats and cheeses are
even worse, due to their nitrosamines, and can lead to increased risk for brain
and spinal cord tumors. Besides, animal foods are simply “dead” (lack
enzymes) compared to vegetables (alive with enzymes, energy and phytonutrients).
Aged meats are loaded with microforms and mycotoxins, and one of these toxins
has been linked to diabetes. In addition, most of these mycotoxins are not
affected by cooking. Therefore, whatever nutrients are in meats/animal products
are not worth the risks. Also, meats/animal products stress the digestive system
because of the increased energy needed to extract what nutrients they do have.
Anatomically and physiologically, humans are not meant to be meat-eaters. Their
long, complicated digestive tract is designed for the slow absorption of complex
and stable plant foods. Carnivores have short, simple bowels to allow for
minimum transit time of unstable, dead animal food. Their intestinal
microorganisms are different too. Humans are designed to be vegetarian, and our
bodies will never work optimally if we keep forcing it to do something it’s
not supposed to do. Flesh eaters have teeth and jaws that are designed for
tearing apart flesh. We need knives and other tools for this. Also, we seldom
eat raw flesh. We need to cook it in order to better deal with its harmful
microforms.
PROTEIN
We only need about 25
grams a day. A typical diet of meat, eggs and dairy could give you in excess of
75 grams per day. Way too much! Spinach and other greens are higher in protein
than steak. Cow’s milk is also too high in protein. Mother’s milk is only
1.4 – 5% protein. So if we needed more, it would contain more, especially at
this rapid-stage of growth of infancy (the fastest in our human lives). In
addition, some of the strongest and largest animals (gorillas and elephants) eat
no meat, just grass and leaves, and they do just fine.
STORED GRAINS
Stored grains means
last-years crop. These grains begin to ferment after 90 days, causing an
increase in microforms and mycotoxins. Grains that are not stored should still
be eliminated from your diet for the first 8-12 weeks after a cleanse or for as
long as you a have symptoms. Stored grains can cause an increase in esophageal
and stomach cancer. Also, stored potatoes can be problematic. As noted above,
they can lead to an increase in a mycotoxin linked to spina bifida in offspring.
YEAST
Eliminate all yeast
(brewer’s, baker’s and “nutritional”) from your diet. These are pure
microforms. Beer and wine are double whammies (yeast and alcohol), and breads
and baked goods are triple whammies (yeast, stored grains and sugars/simple
carbohydrates). These yeasts increase mycotoxins in the body and can cause
kidney stones (and stones in the liver, gallbladder and even the brain), bone
deposits, osteoarthritis, RA, kidney disease heart disease, diabetes,
sarcoidosis (autoimmune disease of the eyes, lung and skin), cirrhosis and many
cancers, especially breast, liver and prostate. Yeast can also cause Crohn’s
disease and colitis.
EDIBLE FUNGUS
Mushrooms are the fruiting
bodies of yeast or fungus and they form acids when digested. They also contain
mycotoxins that poison human cells and cause degenerative diseases. This
mycotoxin, in a 1-gram amount, is enough to kill you almost instantly. Mushrooms
have been shown to cause 21 different types of cancers in mice. There are at
least 5 different ingredients in mushrooms that are carcinogenic.
SPIRULINA/ALGAE
SUPPLEMENTS
These are rich in
chlorophyll, proteins, minerals and other nutrients, but they thrive in acidic
conditions. They’re the scum growing on the surface of stagnant water. The
toxins in algae have been shown to harm the liver and nervous system, and
stimulate tumor growth in animals. Algae contain vitamin B12, but it comes from
the bird feathers and droppings; and since our own intestinal bacteria can make
vitamin B12, I would rather not get it from bird droppings! Fortunately, a
serving of organic broccoli has about the same amount of B12 as a day’s dose
of algae, without the risks.
FERMENTED/MALTED PRODUCTS
This category includes
vinegar, mustard, ketchup, steak sauce, soy sauce, tamari, mayonnaise, salad
dressings, chili sauce, horseradish, miso, MSG, any alcohol, pickled vegetables
(e.g., relish, green olives, sauerkraut and pickles) and tempeh. All are
acid-forming and cause increased mucus. And with the exception of MSG, all are
fermented by fungus. Malt products are also fermented by fungus, but are also
high in sugar, acid-forming and cause sticky mucus.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is a mycotoxin
made by its yeast. It’s known to cause cirrhosis of the liver, brain damage,
cancer, fetal injury and death. And that’s before you factor in any mycotoxin
damage; and it doesn’t take much. In addition to all of that, the liver can
also convert alcohol into acetaldehyde (a mycotoxin).
CAFFEINE
Foods such as chocolate,
tea, sodas and all coffees (even decaf) contain enough caffeine to do harm. It
causes increased acid and mucus. 80% of Americans consume enough caffeine to
produce addiction.
CORN AND PEANUTS
Corn contains 25 different
mycotoxins, producing fungus, including known carcinogens. Peanuts contain 26
different mycotoxins. In addition, broken nuts (all types) become rancid more
quickly, collecting mold spores (a black/dark color). Corn can cause stomach and
esophageal cancers, and peanuts can cause pancreatic and liver cancers. Cashew
nuts and dried coconut are also contaminated.
HEATED OILS
Any oil that have been
cooked, or heated in its processing, such as canola, corn and other vegetable
oils, have been nutritionally destroyed. Look for cold-pressed, virgin oils
instead.
MICROWAVED FOODS
Microwaves destroy
enzymes, increasing cancer-causing effects and decreasing the nutritional value
of food. The vitamins and minerals are decreased and somewhat useless. Meat
proteins are rendered worthless and it interferes with the digestibility of
fruits and vegetables. It also makes all foods acid forming. A
higher-than-normal percentage of abnormal blood cells have been found in people
that eat microwaved foods.
ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS
Artificial sweeteners such
as aspartame (Nutrisweet™), saccharine (Sweet ‘N Low™), neotame, suralose
(Splenda™), acesulfame (Sunette™, Sweet & Safe™ and Sweet One™) and
cyclamates are very acidifying, and they all break down into deadly acids. For
example, aspartame contains methyl alcohol, which converts into formaldehyde (a
deadly neurotoxin and carcinogen), and then into formic acid (fire ant poison).
Artificial sweeteners can cause headache, migraine, dizziness, vertigo,
seizures, depression, fatigue, irritability, increased heart rate, heart
palpitations, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, tinnitus (ear ringing),
weight gain, numbness, muscle spasm, joint pain, breathing difficulties, anxiety
(panic) attacks, slurred speech and lack of taste. They can also trigger or
worsen arthritis, CFS, diabetes, fibromyalgia, brain tumors, M.S.,
Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), mental
retardation, birth defects, thyroid disorders, lymphomas and epilepsy. Safe
sweeteners are Stevia and Chicory.
WATER
The average body needs
plenty of water; at least 4 liters (approx. 135 oz.) per day to
neutralize/remove the stored acids in the body. At a minimum (or if you find
this increase in water consumption difficult in the beginning), a non-exercising
individual should drink 50% of their body weight in ounces. For example, if you
weigh 150 pounds, you should have 75 ounces per day. And you should drink more
if you are exercising. In addition, if you drink sodas, coffee, tea (especially
black), concentrated fruit juices, or other acid-forming drinks, you need to
subtract that amount from the water you have consumed. In other words, if you
drank 75 ounces of water that day, but had 25 ounces of coffee, tea, fruit juice
or soda, etc., then you really only had the equivalent of 50 ounces of water.
Food cravings are often the body’s cry for water. Water having a pH between 9
and11 will help neutralize (and rid the body of) stored acid wastes. Most
municipal water supplies are poisoned with chlorine and fluoride, and bottled
water may also contain impurities. Distilling and reverse-osmosis are the best
ways to filter water. They have more hydroxyl (OH–) ions and less hydrogen
(H+) ions, which creates increased alkalinity, making it more neutral. Water can
be made more alkaline by adding pH drops, such as Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2),
Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2), or Sodium Chlorite (NaClO2), all of which can be found
at health food stores. These drops act as an oxygen catalyst, neutralizing,
oxygenating and alkalizing the body, making it more pH balanced. Allow 1-2 hours
before using after a heavy protein meal so as not to disturb the stomach acids
for digestion. A squeeze of fresh lemon or lime is both tasty and boosts the
alkaline effects.
DAILY HYDRATION SCHEDULE
Upon rising: drink 1 quart
water with ClO2 or H2O2, with lemon or lime juice, as desired; between breakfast
and lunch: drink 1½ quarts water with 1½ tsp. green powder and 24 drops ClO2
or H2O2; between lunch and dinner: drink 1½ quarts water with 1½ tsp. green
powder and 24 drops ClO2 or H2O2; between dinner and bedtime: drink water as
desired, with lemon or lime juice and 8 drops ClO2 or H2O2 per quart. Increased
consumption of water causes a decrease in Hydrochloric Acid (HCl).
Low-water-content, acid-forming foods like meats, eggs and breads cause an
increase in HCl, and high-water-content foods such as non-starchy vegetables
cause a decrease in HCl (not as much required to digest these foods). So, water
doesn’t encounter an acidic stomach unless you eat the foods that promote such
an environment.
JUICE
Juicing releases nutrients
like chewing food does, but it’s much more efficient and takes out a lot of
the fiber, which makes for more concentrated nutrients, such as rapidly usable
alkaline salts, vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and enzymes. Juices cleanse the
intestines and provide enzymatic relief to the digestive organs. Good vegetables
include celery, cucumber, broccoli, green bell pepper, zucchini, green beans,
lettuce, cabbage, beet greens, leafy greens, tomatoes, grasses, sprouts, jicama,
parsley, radish, ginger and garlic (the best juices are green vegetables and
grasses). Use organic, peel waxy skins, and use as fresh as possible. Also, use
vegetable tops like beet greens and carrot greens. For convenience, you can use
powdered greens, such as wheat grass, as an alternative to fresh greens. Also,
try to avoid the sweeter vegetables like carrots, beets, butternut squash and
sweet potato, especially at first/in the beginning of the program because of the
increased sugars. You can make your juices more alkaline by adding distilled
water (10-20:1), and then also adding pH drops (1-2 per ounce). Drink juice
immediately. Try not to use the juicers that spin or whip the juice, as this
tends to heat up the juice (molecules bouncing off one another), which can
evaporate the enzymes/destroy the life force. Also, leaving fiber in (like with
certain blenders and food processors), compared to just juice, can put more
stress on the digestive system, especially since you aren’t chewing as much,
which releases saliva to help with digestion.
GREEN DRINK
Green powders such as
grasses, sprouted grains and green vegetables infuse your body with easily
absorbable vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Make sure they’re organically
grown and that you avoid green powders with algae, mushrooms or probiotics.
Probiotics are bacteria and sometimes ferment the green grasses in the formulas,
making it acidic. Take probiotics separately.
Understanding and
implementing a good food-combining system can help with the thorough and proper
digestion of food. The human digestive system is not designed for complex meals.
Keep starch and animal protein separate, and keep sugars (if you must eat them)
away from just about everything.

THE PROGRAM
This program can be
modified. Tune into your body, its needs and responses and take personal
responsibility for it. Ultimately, no one knows more about you, than you.
Small bites of food create
increased assimilation; same with transitioning to an alkaline diet (or any
diet). In other words, take baby steps. Don’t try to change too quickly. The
exception is when there’s a serious illness and there’s no time to
dilly-dally. Also, raw foods have more life/nutrition and are more alkalizing.
Try not to heat food above 118 degrees. If you can stick you finger in it, then
it’s okay. However, raw doesn’t mean cold. But don’t burn food either
since it can cause increased toxicity (e.g., BBQ). Dehydrating is better than
cooking. Also, don’t eat sugary desserts. Can use sweet jicama or red bell
pepper as a treat instead. Sugar cravings will occur until your blood sugar
levels stabilize. Cheating just makes cravings last longer. But if you cheat, do
not beat yourself up; just get back on the plan. And if you must eat sweets, eat
them separately so they do not interfere with the healthy foods. Slowly, cut out
meat. First cut out red meat, then chicken, then turkey and then fish. Trout and
salmon, occasionally, are relatively safe. Increase an alkalizing, vegetarian
meal from once a day to twice a day, etc. Increase your intake of tofu, raw
nuts/seeds (almonds, hazel, pecans, sunflower, flaxseed, pumpkin and sesame).
Avoid peanuts due to their high fungus (aflatoxin) content. In addition, avoid
rancid nuts/seeds (tastes bitter/stings back of throat) due to their increased
carcinogenic nature. Sesame and flaxseed are usually okay. Almonds and hazelnuts
should have their protective brown skin intact. Soak nuts and seeds to activate
their enzymes, eliminate their enzyme-inhibitors and partially digest the
protein, thus increasing their nutritional value. Soaking also makes small seeds
easier to digest. Cover with water 1-2“ above nuts/seeds and soak in
refrigerator 1-2 hours (overnight for almonds or bigger nuts), rinse off and
change water every day. Keep submerged and eat within two days. Gradually, give
up dairy. Start with milk by substituting soy, rice, or seed milks. After you
have eliminated milk, cut out other dairy like cheese, ice cream and yogurt.
Next, get rid of yeast-containing foods like bread. In addition, get rid of
mushrooms – they are fungi just like yeast. Next, eliminate white flour such
as breads, baked goods/desserts and pasta. Soba noodles (made from buckwheat)
are a good pasta substitute. Vegetable pasta, without egg is best. And eat
smaller portions. Next, eliminate white rice (or all refined grains). Brown,
basmati, jasmine, or wild rice is a better choice; and make sure they are whole
grain. Best are sprouted grains. And remember, cooked grains should only make up
20-30% of your meal because of its acidity (except buckwheat and spelt), and the
one starch you should avoid altogether is corn because of its high sugar/fungal
content.
SUGAR
Check cereals, breads and
prepared foods for added sugar, and do not use artificial sweeteners because of
their highly toxic acids that can harm the brain. If you must use a sweetener,
stevia and chicory root are the best/most natural.
FRUIT
With the exception of
tomato, avocado, lemon and lime, fruits are intense sources of sugar, and must
be eliminated if you are ill or have troublesome symptoms. Once you are back in
balance, you may use fruit as a treat, in moderation and with care (properly
combined).
CONDIMENTS
These are usually full of
sugar, salt, or both, as well as fermented or acid-producing ingredients. Some
examples include ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and barbecue/soy sauce, etc.
Replace these with healthy oils, lemons, garlic, ginger and spices. Bragg™
Liquid Aminos can be used instead of soy sauce, and the better oils are grape
seed, flaxseed, pumpkin and olive. In addition, Essential Balance™ and Udo’s
Choice™ are good oils. Do not cook in oil (except extra-virgin coconut)
because of their low-burn temperatures). Add oil after cooking so you don’t
destroy its vital components. Lemon and lime also add zest to many dished and
they also help stop sugar cravings. Also, garlic, onion and ginger are
anti-fungal and anti-parasitic. Spice Hunter™ and The Zip™ is a good spice
combination.
Once your transition is
complete, your symptoms are gone and your body is at a healthy weight, your body
will be in appropriate acid/alkaline balance. And while in this balance, your
body can withstand a certain amount of “cheating.” So, don’t stress/freak
out thinking you will undo everything that you’ve accomplished. Just be
stricter in the beginning. Remember, it can take up to 20 times the amount of
alkaline food to neutralize a dose of acidic food. And it’s the daily
bombardment of acidic foods that lead to an imbalance.
At some point, if you want
to benefit from this better way of eating, you need to do a cleanse to rid the
body of impurities, normalize digestion and metabolism, and regain an alkaline
balance. And if you have a serious health concern, you may want to do this
first. You can also continue to do cleanses when needed, after you’ve been on
an alkaline diet. For example, springtime cleanses. A cleanse is basically a
juice fast – a liquid feast, not fast, because you are getting 20 times more
food than normal because you are drinking it in such a concentrated form. The
length of a cleanse varies, depending on the seriousness of the person’s
health and how well they tolerate the cleanse. It usually lasts 3-10 days (10
days for more serious illnesses). Seven days is good for everyone who can manage
it., and if you are relatively healthy, two days can still be beneficial.
Shorter fasts are also good for older people, or children and teens. You can
also do a brief cleanse if you have “fallen off the wagon,” or just to give
your body a periodic break. Once you have fully transitioned, a liquid cleanse
one day a month is good. Consult your healthcare practitioner before beginning a
cleanse. The cleanse eliminates acid wastes and negative microforms, detoxifying
your blood, tissues and digestive system. You must get rid of the pollution that
has built up in the body, especially in the colon from all of those poorly
combined, processed, fried, and overcooked foods, as well as the sugars and
starches. While on a cleanse, you should drink 4 quarts a day of water with pH
drops and lemon or limejuice, if you prefer. You can include, as part of, or in
addition to, those 4 quarts of water, six to twelve 8-ounce glasses of fresh
green vegetable juice, to help clear the toxins out of your system and make your
body more alkaline. If your condition is more acute, do not use carrot, beet or
any other sweet vegetable at all. Make sure you always dilute the juice (whether
or not you are on a cleanse) with 10 times the amount of water, and add 4 drops
of ClO2 per cup. If you cannot make fresh juice, you can use concentrated green
powder mixed with water instead (¼ tsp. per 8 ounces of water, plus 4 drops
ClO2. You can also use 1-2 pills for even more convenience. Instead of juice at
mealtime, you may prefer soup (raw, pureed), or teas (red clover, chaparral, pau
d’arco, Essiac™ and raspberry leaf). Add 3 tablespoons of oils
(cold-pressed, flaxseed, virgin olive, borage, primrose, or Udo’s™), or eat
straight. You may feel hungry during the cleanse (microforms screaming to be
fed), but this usually stops by the third day. You can also supplement with
minerals, particularly chromium. Also, try drinking more water with a tsp. of
green powder per cup to take the edge off. If you must eat solid foods, eat
fresh, raw vegetables only.
SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements can be
especially helpful during a cleanse, bringing the body into balance more
quickly, controlling more microforms and excess acidity. Less, more often, is
better than more, less often. During a cleanse, pH drops and green powders are
the most crucial (4 drops ClO2 per cup and ¼ tsp. green powder 3 times a day).
The next most crucial supplement is a multivitamin/mineral with cell salts. Each
dose should be 500 mg vitamins and 500 mg minerals, at a minimum. Nutritional
deficiencies cause an increase in mycotoxins. Finally, chlorophyll; noni fruit
concentrate for its anti-fungal/anti-parasitic properties and enzyme activation;
colloidal silver, rhodium and iridium; and an anti-mycotoxin formula, ideally
combining n-acetyl cysteine, l-taurine and organic sulfur are also good.
CLEANSE ROUTINE
Wake up: 1 quart water
with pH drops and/or lemon/lime juice; 30 minutes later: colloidal supplements;
30 minutes later: juiced greens and capsule supplements; 1 hour later (and for
next 3 hours): 1 ½ quarts water with greens and pH drops; 30 minutes later:
colloidal supplements; 30 minutes later: raw soup/juiced greens and capsule
supplements; 1 hour later (and for next 3 hours): 1 ½ quarts water with greens
and pH drops; 30 minutes later: colloidal supplements; 30 minutes later:
soup/juiced greens and capsule supplements; 1 hour later (and until bedtime):
water with pH drops/lemon/lime juice), as desired.
This cleansing can have a
laxative effect. Green juice alone can do it. This is the way the body gets rid
of the toxins that have built up in the intestines. You may need to stay close
to the toilet. Be prepared to go at least 6-10 times per day as the toxins leave
your body. If this doesn’t happen, you may want to add a laxative (natural –
containing butternut root bark, cascara sagrada bark, rhubarb root, ginger root,
licorice root, Irish moss and cayenne. Take 4 pills every 4 hours. Aloe vera
juice is another good cleansing aid. It helps break up pockets of protein,
especially in the small intestine. Add 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed, whole-leaf
juice to your green juice, or take with a meal. For serious cleansing, acute or
difficult conditions such as chronic constipation, diverticulitis, Crohn’s,
IBS, or chronic diarrhea, you may want to use/add a lower bowel/intestinal
cleansing formula with cascara (at a higher dose than in the mild laxative),
turkey rhubarb root, psyllium seed, barberry root, ginger root, fennel seeds,
red raspberry leaves and cayenne (4 pills every 4 hours during the cleanse).
Adults over 60 should only take 1-2 pills every 8 hours.
CAUTIONS
During a cleanse, toxins
are dumped into blood to be eliminated. Thus, your blood becomes more toxic and
you can feel worse because of this. During this “healing crisis” you can
feel nauseous, weak, dizzy, lightheaded, have headaches, rashes, bad breath,
flu-like feelings and fatigue. When this happens, drink lots of water with pH
drops and fresh lemon/lime juice to help flush out the toxins. This “healing
crisis” is actually a good sign, but if it’s too intense (mild discomfort is
expected), spread out your doses of supplements more. Symptoms should subside in
about 24 hours. There is no award for people that can cleanse the longest, so
don’t push yourself too much. You should feel successful no matter how many
days you cleanse, knowing each day you remain on the cleanse is another day you
are getting rid of acid buildup.
AFTER THE CLEANSE
Now that you’ve taken
away what your body doesn’t need, you need to provide what it does need. If
you give it the vital materials it needs to construct new and healthy cells, it
will heal itself and be restored to balance and harmony. This phase should last
5-7 weeks. You can add a few more days if your cleanse didn’t last an entire
week. Proper diet is essential here. Reintroduce a limited amount of healthy
foods; low in carbohydrate, focusing on dark green and yellow vegetables,
sprouted soybeans, seeds, grains, nuts and EFAs. 40% of your diet should be raw
(increases enzymes in your food which allows the body to repair/rebuild itself
faster). Continue with daily green juices (taken before solid meals is better
for digestion) and avoid all unhealthy foods, including all complex
carbohydrates, high-carbohydrate vegetables (e.g., all potatoes, peas, and
winter squash), all grains, starchy legumes (all except soybeans and lentils),
as well as sugar and fruits. So, focus on vegetables (especially green and
yellow), healthy oils, low-sugar fruits (e.g., tomato, avocado, lemon and lime),
soybeans, tofu, lentils and raw seeds/nuts (preferably soaked). If the cleanse
is shorter than 7 days, or included some solid foods, this phase could be 80%
alkaline foods for the 6-8 week period. Also, remember to combine foods well, as
discussed earlier.
ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Continue with the same and
add ones that are particularly helpful in this phase, such as digestive enzymes,
(e.g., amylase, protease, lipase, papain and bromelain) and an anti-yeast
formula containing caprylic acid or undecylenic acid. You may also need a
probiotic mix of acidophilus and bifidus and/or an anti-parasitic formula
containing black walnut hulls.
NEXT PHASE
After 6-8 weeks, you can
start to add starchy vegetable (e.g., potato, peas and winter squash), legumes
and organic, un-stored whole grains (e.g., millet, spelt buckwheat, kamut,
quinoa, brown rice and wheat). At this point, you can add specific supplements
to address any specific symptoms, if any remain.
NOT SECOND NATURE
This diet and lifestyle
change may seem overwhelming at first, which is normal, especially with all of
this new information. Do not get discouraged or intimidated. Just know that you
are re-attaining health, restoring pH balance, stopping negative microform
growth and healing damage resulting from the toxins they emit. In addition, you
need to think of the environmental, intellectual, psychological, emotional,
mental and spiritual factors that can influence your health, such as negative
thoughts/words/deeds that feed disease, chemical exposures and
prescription/recreational (e.g., cigarettes and alcohol, etc.) drugs. Don’t be
fooled, especially if you have been plagued by symptoms of chronic illness. Just
because you feel better may not mean you are truly well. Healthy living should
be instinctive, but somewhere along the way, humans have lost this sense. So,
persistence and extraordinary means are required for your recovery. Just get
your health under control. However, try not to become obsessed with this change.
This is not about creating neuroses; lord knows we have enough of that in our
culture. You still need to live life while having some fun. So don’t miss out!
Here’s what it takes to
make the change: Awareness, investigation, knowledge, potential, motivation,
action, patience and results.
There are no magic bullets
or instant solutions. If you are stuck, look to see where you broke down. Maybe
you’re motivated, but haven’t organized to take action; maybe you took
action, but lost patience and never saw the results that would have come; maybe
you investigated, but really didn’t get the answer, so you haven’t truly
developed knowledge; maybe you’re waiting for knowledge to somehow drop into
your lap from the clear blue sky and haven’t undertaken any investigation; or
maybe you haven’t even had that initial realization that something must change
and you’re waiting for that awareness. So, discover where you’re stuck, pick
it up from there, and follow through to the end. Maybe you will do great
eliminating one food, but not another. You should expect there to be more than
one hurdle you have to clear to win the race. Some people will take these steps
out of order. The most common variation is to start with action before they get
knowledge or see the potential. Sort of a trial-and-error/wait-and-see attitude;
you try the program, get results, and then you truly recognize the potential,
experience the knowledge, and recommit to investigation and action with renewed
patience leading to better results. So go ahead. You’ve got nothing to lose by
trying, and everything to gain. So stay focused on your motivation and the
results you want. If you forget why you want to make the change, you might risk
seeing the program as depriving rather than giving life and better health. This
focus will be helpful when you crave unhealthy foods, or when well-meaning
friends/family members invite you to indulge with them. Politely turning down
foods may eventually be understood and respected, and they may want to join you
when they see the positive results. Starting this program is making a commitment
to your self/life/health/well-being.
A 5-step approach to
making sure you honor that commitment:
If you find yourself
having difficulty staying on the program, you may be having problems with
emotional eating, using food to comfort you, and if this is difficult, a good
counselor can help you shed some light on the dark areas.
For this program to work,
you not only need to change the way you eat and live, but the way you think.
There are four common attitudes that prevent people from finding wholeness and
healing:
Supplements are a good
idea, even if your diet is ideal. Foods have less nutrition than they used to,
due to the depleted soils, artificial fertilizers, pesticides, early harvests,
and long periods between picking and eating. Also, there are more stressors
nowadays such as environmental pollutants (the average person is exposed to
approximately 500 chemicals a day, not including the poor diet they eat). Choose
good quality supplements, without artificial or added sweeteners, alcohol,
algae, mushrooms, yeast or fungus; and take up to 3000 mg throughout the day;
not all at once. If seriously ill, you can take up to 6000-9000 mg a day (6-9
times a day).
COLLOIDS
These are liquid
supplements. They are small enough to bypass the digestive system, making them
more easily absorbed and readily utilized. There is no waste of energy
converting them into usable forms like with the standard supplements. This is
especially important when you’re ill, because of a compromised digestive
system. Combining both liquids and capsules is beneficial. The liquids are best
placed under the tongue for rapid, direct absorption into the bloodstream. You
can also dilute them into a few ounces of water and drink slowly. An approximate
dose is 3-5 drops, 3 times a day (less drops more often is better). Nutritional
deficiencies cause an increase in mycotoxins, which then interferes with
nutrient absorption, causing a deficiency (vicious circle). Minerals are
especially important because they allow vitamins and enzymes to function.
Exercise and detoxification (the cleanse or eating more alkaline foods) flushes
minerals from our bodies. Remember, a simple change like using just concentrated
green powder and pH drops, along with a revamped diet, may work fine in the
beginning, along with a good multivitamin/mineral supplement. If you have
specific problems or symptoms, then you may need more specific types of
supplements along with increased doses.
MOST IMPORTANT SUPPLEMENTS
ClO2 or H2O2
– releases oxygen in the body and chelates foreign materials, decrease
microforms, eliminates yeast and fungus, and inhibits spores. Can also use
NaClO2, which increases the efficacy of oxidative enzymes, helping immune system
cells (macrophages) to eat up microforms, creating an increased immune response.
ClO2 is effective against Candida. It helps your body stay alkaline. Use a 2%
solution and add 16 drops per quart (i.e., 4-6 drops per 8-12 ounces or 1 drop
per 2 ounces).
Concentrated green powder – three of the four quarts of water with pH drops should have 1 tsp. of
a green powder mix of different grasses and vegetables. They are alkalizing and
rich in fiber, which binds with, and removes the toxins. Wheat, barley and kamut
grasses are good, as well as broccoli, spinach and kale. Irish moss has alkaline
salts, which binds to mycotoxins, and rids them from the body. Sprouts are good
too – very nutritional. Green powder is nutrient-rich with easily digestible
proteins.
Broad-spectrum
multivitamin formula with cell salts (AKA mineral/tissue salts) –
get one with a wide variety of macro and trace minerals, plus the 12 cell salts.
And of the 87 cell salts, potassium, phosphate, zinc, selenium, chromium, copper
and iodine are the most important. But try to get all 87, if possible. You
should also try to get 1 mg of each of the following: potassium sulfate,
magnesium phosphate, sodium chloride/phosphate/sulfate, calcium
phosphate/sulfate/fluoride, ferric phosphate, potassium chloride/phosphate and
silica. Each pill should be 500 mg.
Broad-spectrum
multivitamin formula with cell salts – get a wide variety of
vitamins. At a minimum, it should have A, B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3
(niacin), B4 (choline), B5 (calcium pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine
hydrochloride), B7 (biotin), B8 (inosital FCC), B9 (folic acid), B12
(cyanocobalomin), C, E, and PABA. You can take a liquid B-complex formula in
addition since the B vitamins are so important. They are used in cell formation,
help increase a cell’s lifespan, and used to make enzymes. You can use a 500
mg pill (1-2 pills, 3 times a day) or a liquid colloidal (3-5 drops, 3 times a
day).
Essential Fatty Acids
(EFA) – found in fish and seed oils, they contain
omega-3s and 6s. Fatty acids are part of the cells and are especially abundant
in the brain cells, nerve synapses, visual receptors, adrenal glands and sex
glands. If you are eating lots of healthy oils, you may not need supplements if
you have no symptoms. Just make sure you get plenty of EFAs. Omega-3 fatty acids
(EPA and DHA) are antimycotoxic. They lower the levels of repair proteins (a
sign of mycotoxins in the blood) in the arteries, decreasing the chance of
atherosclerosis. They also disperse saturated fatty acids, which like to clump
together and thus help keep platelets from getting too sticky, resulting in a
lower likelihood of clots that can cause heart attack or stroke. EFAs also
decrease triglycerides (up to 65%), LDL (low-density lipoprotein – bad
cholesterol), cholesterol and vLDL (up to 50%), thus decreasing cardiovascular
disease such as high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, heart and kidney failure,
stroke and heart attack. PG3, made from EPA, decreases blood pressure and risk
of heart attack and stroke by blocking pressure-raising PG2s found in meat, and
prevents pathological blood clotting in the lung and blood vessels. EPA and DHA
inhibit growth and metastasis of tumors. They are found in cold-water fish and
other northern marine mammals. Trout, salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna and eel
are the riches sources of omega-3 fatty acids. The vegetarian alternative is
alpha-linoleic acid (ALA) and is found in flaxseed, hemp, walnut and soybean
oils. When ill with a weakened system, animal omega-3s are best since they
don’t need to go through the EFA conversion process to EPA, which takes more
energy. EFAs should be fresh and without a fishy odor. Omega-6 fatty acids are
found in borage, primrose, sunflower, black currant, as well as fish oils. GLA
is the primary one; borage oil contains up to 24%, and evening primrose up to
12%. Safflower, sunflower, almond, pumpkin and canola oils are also high in
linoleic acid, another omega-6. Hemp oil has 3 times more omega-3 than omega-6.
Omega-3s and 6s can (1) lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and decrease risk
of heart attack and stroke; (2) normalize fat metabolism and decrease the amount
of insulin required in diabetics; (3) prevent liver damage due to alcoholism,
decrease withdrawal symptoms from quitting an alcohol addiction, and help with
hangover; (4) contribute to building a prostaglandin that helps some
schizophrenics; (5) cause weight loss by increasing metabolic rate and fat
burning; (6) relieve premenstrual breast pain and PMS (borage oil with vitamins
and minerals have been shown to improve 90% of these patients); (7) prevent
drying and atrophy of tear and salivary glands (Sjögrens syndrome); (8) prevent
arthritis in animals; (9) improve hair, nails and skin conditions; (10) improve
some types of eczema; (11) slow or stop the progress of MS, especially if begun
soon after the diagnosis (fish oils are equally effective); (12) help treat
nerve degeneration (diabetic neuropathy) in type 2 diabetes, when sugar, as well
as saturated fats are removed from the diet; and (13) kill cancer cells (cells
infested with molds and mycotoxins) in tissue culture without harming normal
cells.

MOST IMPORTANT (SECONDARY) SUPPLEMENTS
These supplements are most
useful during a cleanse:
Noni fruit concentrate
– an antifungal and antiparasitic. It activates enzymes, which renews cells
and rebuilds healthy blood/tissue. It also improves digestion and absorption of
nutrients, and helps cells use protein. It has been used for digestive problems,
intestinal parasites, skin disorders, allergies, arthritis and diabetes. Its
active ingredient, xeronine, is found in papaya and practically all healthy
cells of plants and animals. It also contains proxeronine, a xeronine precursor.
It is best used as a powder, capsule, or colloidal preparation. Avoid
pasteurized noni products or those with added sugar.
Colloidal silver
– supports the body’s natural defense system, and is a powerful natural
alkalizer. It assists in the organization of cells that make up new tissue.
Chlorophyll
– the best part of juiced greens and concentrated green powders. Found in
powder or liquid extract form. Take 1 tsp. with 8 ounces water.
Rhodium and iridium
– minerals (found in colloidal form) that provide nourishment to cells that
have been damaged by mycotoxins, allowing them to recover their ability to
communicate with each other effectively. DNA conductivity is increased 10,000
times with rhodium.
Pine bark extract
– one of the most valuable bioflavonoids. It helps bind up acidity, decreasing
inflammation (aches and pains) in the body and maintains and repairs the
connective tissue. Take 1-3 pills (25-50mg) 3 times a day.
Antimycotoxin formula
– combining n-acetyl cysteine, l-taurine, or organic sulfur, which detoxifies
mycotoxins and escorts them out of the body. They also get rid of acids. You can
take them individually or together (better). Organic sulfur is good, but
n-acetyl cysteine is better. Take 1-2 pills a day. N-acetyl cysteine is a form
of protein, which controls negative microforms and is a powerful antimycotoxin,
helping to rid the body of mycotoxins such as acrolein (e.g., BBQ/tobacco
smoke/engine exhaust), paraquat (an herbicide), acetaminophen (Tylenol),
halothane (an anesthetic), and side effects of the anticancer drugs Adrianmycin
and cyclophosphamide. N-acetyl cysteine can also bond with heavy metals such as
lead, mercury and cadmium, and rid them from the body. Glutathione, an important
antioxidant (a neutralizer of free radicals; the highly-reactive,
potentially-damaging substances created as a by-product of oxygen use), is a
derivative of n-acetyl cysteine, and may be key to protecting proteins in the
kidney, liver and bone marrow, which leads to the increased protection against
mycotoxins.
Antiyeast/antifungus
formula – containing caprylic or undecylenic acid.
Caprylic acid controls negative microforms and their toxins. It’s an
antifungal, saturated fatty acid that can bring about a remission of symptoms in
fungus-related health problems, with no side effects. It’s best when released
directly in the colon. It can treat and prevent gout, indigestion, yeast
infection, toe fungus and rashes. Take 25-50 mg in combination with other
components. May be found separately in colloidal form.
Undecylenic acid
– made through vacuum distillation of castor bean oil, a fatty acid proven to
eradicate or dissolve yeast and fungus and counter their toxins. Used both
topically and orally. Can take orally for psoriasis, neurodermatitis and
intestinal fungus. Some studies have shown it to be even more effective than
caprylic acid.
ENZYMES
Bromelain
– is useful for both its digestive enzymes and for its antiyeast properties.
It can be found with caprylic and undecylenic acid, which is an excellent way to
take it. Bromelain is an enzyme from pineapple and papaya that is a safe and
highly effective antifungal/bacterial/parasitic. It helps break down encrusted
waste material and dried mucus in the intestine, which is very helpful. It
removes dead bacteria and fungus and boosts a healthy intestinal flora
reintroduced by probiotic supplements. Bromelain is also an anti-inflammatory
that can decrease swelling, pain and inflammation of injuries, ulcers and
joints. It balances prostaglandins causing a decrease in inflammation. Bromelain
also improves cardiovascular health by cleaning the plaque out of the blood
vessels and decreasing the tendency for blood cells to stick together, leading
to a decreased risk of heart attack and stroke. It also enhances digestion,
especially of proteins. You can take up to 3000mg each day, but that is not
necessary. It is usually found in combination with other enzymes. Look for a
product with at least 50 mg bromelain.
Digestive enzymes
– are especially important when you are transitioning or eating animal
protein. Once your diet is all alkaline and full of high-water-content,
low-sugar foods, you will not need to take digestive enzymes. But if you have
food allergies, get nausea, heartburn, gas/bloating, belching, abdominal cramps
and constipation after eating, then digestive enzymes may help you. And even
when your diet is ideal, enzymes are helpful when you are eating cooked food.
Caution: digestive enzymes are frequently prepared on beds of yeast, so find out
if this is the case from the manufacturer and if they have safeguards for this.
Herbal Enzymes
– have a similar effect as digestive enzymes and include papaya/peppermint
leaves, ginger root, catnip and fennel. These may be found in combination with
bromelain. Papaya helps digest proteins, breaking them down into their amino
acid building blocks, making them immediately usable by the body.
Antimycotoxic enzymes
– include superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, glutathione,
glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione peroxidase, and methionine reductase.
These are not digestive enzymes. They chelate acids, allowing them to be
excreted from the body. Concentrated, sprouted, organic wheat (i.e., wheat
grass) is an excellent source. You may take these antimycotoxic enzymes in 500
mg pills (25-50 mg for each enzyme). These enzymes are also antioxidants. Free
radicals are actually necessary for some chemical reactions and used to counter
some harmful elements. However, they can easily get out of control and damage
healthy cells and essential substances. They rupture the normal cell membrane,
which weakens the body, accelerates aging and puts greater demands on the repair
processes, enzyme production, the immune system, and energy reserves. What’s
important is that morbid fermentation results in substances being oxidized
(creating free radicals), but it is in response to the mycotoxin by-product of
the fermentation that the body actually creates the free radicals. Furthermore,
if the body is going to overact, it is likely to happen in a crisis, under
tremendous stress. Without the stress of mycotoxins on the body, stress overload
would occur much less easily and much less often. The immune system is busy
enough even in a healthy body. So, provide the body with plenty of enzymes, but
do it for their antimycotoxic properties as much as their antioxidant benefits.
NEXT MOST IMPORTANT
(TERTIARY) SUPPLEMENTS
These nutrients bring your
body back into balance. Once you are balanced, you don’t need them as much,
but they are still recommended to do well. They are often found in combinations.
Olive leaf extract
– acts against morbid microforms, is an excellent antimycotoxin, and also has
antibiotic properties. It also benefits the cardiovascular system by protecting
HDL (high-density lipoprotein – good cholesterol) from oxidation, and acts
against various fungi as well as salmonella and staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
It can be found separately or in combination. Take 25-50 mg.
Garlic
– has been widely used in health and medicine for centuries. It is a good
antifungal/bacterial agent that inhibits yeast/mold/fungus/bacteria. It is
effective against staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and Candida albicans. Candida
has been shown to be the most sensitive to garlic juice. Allicin is the chemical
that is the most therapeutic and is what gives garlic its odor. Therefore, the
odorless garlic is not as therapeutic, though it may still provide benefits to
cholesterol levels and fat metabolism.
Butyric acid
– is another short-chained saturated fatty acid that helps chelate mycotoxin
involved in increasing LDL, thus lowering LDL. It also heals the mucus membranes
of the stomach, and small/large intestines. For example, it can repair the
damage (holes in the intestinal walls) that Candida creates. It also boosts
immune function by detoxifying the lymph system of yeast and fungus and their
associated mycotoxins. It may be difficult to find, so if you are taking
caprylic or undecylenic acid, you don’t have to worry.
Thioctic or lipoic acid
– chelates mycotoxins collecting in the liver, and normalizes liver enzymes.
It has also been known to remove mercury, arsenobenzoles, carbon tetrachloride
and aniline dyes. It also increases oxygen supply and use. This liquid can also
be hard to find. You’re more likely to find it in combination with caprylic or
undecylenic acid. And again, if you’re getting caprylic or undecylenic acid,
then this one is not crucial.
Germanium (organic)
– a metallic element that helps eliminate yeast and fungus by increasing the
production of interferon, which has antitoxic/parasitic activity. It also
increases metabolic chemical reactions (based on oxygen) in the body. It
stimulates electrical impulses on a cellular level, discharging certain unwanted
electrical fields and allowing much-needed current to flow through, establishing
electrical balance. This is crucial because electricity provides fundamental
organization and control in the body, giving a framework for other processes.
Take 25-50 mg.
Rare metals
– all of these should be in colloidal form. Take 3-5 drops, 3 times a day or
follow directions. Gold – supports the body’s natural defense system.
Used successfully to treat arthritis, skin ulcers, burns, certain nerve-end
operations, obesity, various types of punctures and inoperable cancer. Its use
has lessened since the advent of antibiotics and other (toxic) drugs. Since gold
conducts electricity, it can help in cellular communication, metabolism and
regeneration. Research has shown it to have the potential to repair damaged DNA.
It can also have a psychologically balancing and harmonizing effect, helping
depression, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), melancholy, sorrow, fear and
despair, frustration, anguish and even suicidal tendencies. Gallium –
helps to form anti-tumor compounds, and has specific areas of enzymatic activity
in the brain, which has been reported to decrease the rate of brain cancer in
lab animals; and pregnant women that take it, decrease the rate of brain cancer
in their offspring. Osmium, ruthenium, palladium and platinum – these,
along with iridium and rhodium, have extraordinary electrical conduction
properties. Like germanium, they are electro-stimulators, but they can also
increase the ability of DNA to conduct electricity and enhance communication
among cells. Research at Bristol-Myers-Squibb labs indicate that using precious
metals in the presence of cancer can correct altered DNA.
OPTIIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
These supplements are not
for everyone, but if they suit your situation, you’ll find them invaluable:
Probiotics
– these are useful to re-establish (and increase) healthy microforms in the
digestive tract. Not everyone needs them, but if you have been constipated,
under/overweight, on antibiotics in the last year, or have poor digestion, give
them a try. You can mix 1-2 pills in 8 ounces of water and let sit for 8 hours
to increase the microflora in the intestine. Take ½ hour before meals. When
digestion and elimination are better, you can discontinue. It is best to use a
product that has a combination of different bacteria as well as alternating
formulas every few months or so in order to get a different variety of
microforms. The common probiotics are acidophilus, bifidus and lactobacillus.
Take 50-250mg each, depending on the mixture. Can also do an enema, using 4
pills with 12 ounces water, let sit 8 hours, use ½ of mixture for 15 minutes
and then repeat in ½ hour.
Antiparasitic formula
– containing black walnut hulls. Take 4 pills 3 times a day for 10 consecutive
days. Then break for 4 days, and repeat at least 6 times.
Sinus Problems
– dissolve 2 pills of an antiyeast formula in a bottle of saline solution and
spray into nostrils 3 times a day. You can also use 1-2 drops of colloidal
silver or liquid pine bark extract in each nostril 1-2 times a day. Can also use
a powdered extract.
Eye/ear problems
– includes cataracts, glaucoma, redness, poor eyesight, blurred vision,
ringing in ears, earaches, ear swelling, eardrum damage, decrease hearing. Use 1
drop, 3 times a day of colloidal silver topically directly in the eye/ear.
Congestion
– you have three options to see which works best: (1) 3-5 drops ClO2 in 8
ounces water, 3 times a day; (2) 3-5 drops colloidal silver or liquid pine bark
extract, 3 times a day; and (3) 1 tsp. of seed oils such as flaxseed or borage,
3 times a day.
Liver stress
– the liver filters toxins from your body, so you should detoxify it at least
3-4 times a year. Look for a formula combining glandular liver, dandelion root,
red clover, chaparral, yellow dock root, cascara sagrada bark, licorice root,
sarsaparilla root, celery seed, burdock root, Echinacea, Oregon grape root,
stillingia, prickly ash bark, buckthorn bark, cayenne, kelp and wild yam root.
Take 2 pills with 8 ounces water at least ½ hour before meals, 3 times a day
for a total of 30 days (180 pills). If you are taking a probiotic, you can
combine the two. This can also help with hepatitis, jaundice and cirrhosis.
Glandulars are animal products, usually from cows, and are messengers that carry
nutrients to the particular gland/organ that it came from. You can get these
products without glandulars if you want to be more vegetarian/vegan.
Lung problem
– includes pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis, croup, tuberculosis, cold/flu, hay
fever and emphysema. Look for a formula that includes glandular lung, pleurisy
root, wild cherry bark, slippery elm bark, plantain, mullein leaves, chickweed,
horehound, licorice root, kelp, cayenne, and saw palmetto. Take 2 pills with
each meal. You can also use colloidal silver or, pine bark extract in a
respirator (5-10 drops), which is good for lung/nasal congestion.
Pancreas problems
– includes hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia (diabetes). Look for a formula
combining glandular pancreas, uva-ursi, dandelion root, parsley, gentian root,
huckleberry leaves, raspberry leaves, buchu leaves, saw palmetto berries, kelp
and bladderwrack. Take 2 pills with each meal, and 3-5 drops of liquid/colloidal
chromium and vanadium before each meal. Vanadium helps to uptake the chromium,
which helps make effective glucose and insulin interactions.
Adrenal problems/stress
– includes insomnia, fatigue, low blood pressure, poor circulation, always
feeling cold, lightheadedness upon standing, arthritis in joints and back,
drowsy/sleepy in the afternoon, and chronic pain. You can do four things
together or separately: (1) with each meal take 2 pills of an adrenal formula
that includes glandular adrenal and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5); (2) take 3-5
drops, 3 times a day of an antimycotoxin formula containing n-acetyl cysteine,
l-taurine and organic sulfur. Caprylic/undecylenic acid, pine bark extract and
grape seed extract would also be good additions; (3) take 3-5 drops, 3 times a
day of a formula that contains chromium and vanadium; and (4) take 3-5 drops, 3
times a day of a liquid vitamin B-complex.
Thyroid problems
– with each meal, take 1-2 pills of a formula with kelp (to deliver iodine),
gentian root, saw palmetto berries, cayenne and Irish moss.
Digestive problems
– includes flatulence (intestinal gas), colic, enteritis and heartburn. You
have three choices: (1) with each meal, take 2 pills of a formula with papaya
leaves, peppermint leaves, ginger root, catnip, fennel seed and saw palmetto
berries; (2) 1-2 pills of noni fruit concentrate before meals with a small
amount of water, plus 1-2 pills, ½ hour after each meal, of an antiyeast
formula containing caprylic/undecylenic acid, enzymes such as bromelain and
papain, and herbs that aid in digestion; and for the digestion of fats: (3) take
1-2 pills of noni fruit concentrate and an antimycotoxin formula containing
n-acetyl cysteine, l-taurine and organic sulfur, and perhaps some
caprylic/undecylenic acid, pine bark extract and grape seed extract.
Lymphatic
problems/blockage
– you have two choices: (1) take 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the
evening of a lymphatic formula that includes fish liver oil (pharmaceutical
grade is best), beta carotene, dandelion root, eyebright, marshmallow root,
licorice root and parsley; and (2) although not a supplement, a series of at
least 24 massages to help move the toxins out of the lymph nodes. Daily dry
brushing of the skin towards the heart may also be beneficial (massage in same
direction).
Weight control and
fat/glucose metabolism problems – you have several
choices of which you can mix and match: (1) take 1-2 pills each of a
multivitamin/mineral formula daily (best to take smaller doses more often).
Predigested pills save energy and produce little to no acid getting the
nutrients; (2) 2-3 pills of pine bark extract 1 hour before each meal and 3-5
drops of colloidal chromium and vanadium, 3 times a day (can also use pill
form); (3) 1-2 pills of a pituitary/thyroid formula that contains kelp, gentian
root, saw palmetto berries, cayenne and Irish moss, 3 times a day with meals;
(4a) for women, take 3-5 drops each of a liquid amino acid formula (containing
lysine, methionine, argenine, leucine, tyrosine, tryptophan and phenylalanine),
colloidal calcium and colloidal boron, 3 times a day, and 1-2 pills of a
woman’s formula including glandular ovary/uterus, black cohosh root, licorice
root, raspberry leaves, passionflower, chamomile, fenugreek, black haw bark, saw
palmetto berries, squaw vine, wild yam root and kelp; (4b) for men: take 3-5
drops each of a liquid amino acid formula (containing lysine, methionine,
argenine, leucine, tyrosine, tryptophan and phenylalanine), colloidal zinc, and
colloidal vitamin B6, 3 times a day; (5) a formula containing lecithin; (6)
citron or garcinean cambogia, an alkaline, bitter fruit, which helps decrease
acid and thus the need for the body to retain fat; and (7) follow the diet
portion of this program (sorry, not a supplement!). Your weight will naturally
control itself once you are eating alkaline. Also, drinking dark green vegetable
juice 6-8 times a day is very helpful.
Joint/muscle pain
– you have four choices: (1) take 3 pills of calcium and 4 pills of a marine
lipid or borage oil formula with each meal (to make sure it combines properly,
take it with meals made up of vegetables); (2) take 3-5 drops of colloidal
calcium, colloidal boron and an antimycotoxin formula (with n-acetyl cysteine,
l-taurine and organic sulfur, and perhaps some caprylic/undecylenic acid, pine
bark extract and grape seed extract), 3 times a day; (3) take 3-5 drops of a
joint/muscle formula (including colloidal glutathione), 3 times a day, and 2-3
pills of calcium, magnesium and zinc, 3 times a day with meals. For acute or
chronic conditions, use 4-6 pills, 3 times a day; and (4) take a formula
containing the herb yucca, which decreases inflammation, soreness and swelling.
Reproductive organ
problems – you have two choices: (1) take 3-5 drops of
colloidal rhodium and iridium, 3 times a day; and (2a) for women: take 2-3 pills
with each meal of a “female tonic” that includes glandular ovary/uterus,
black cohosh root, licorice root, raspberry leaves, passionflower, chamomile,
fenugreek, black haw bark, saw palmetto berries, squaw vine, wild yam root and
kelp. In addition, 3-5 drops of liquid pregnenolone, colloidal calcium, and
colloidal boron, 3 times a day is also good. Also, 3-5 drops of a sprouted soy
formula (20 ounces fresh = 1 ounce dried), 3 times a day with meals can be
substituted for the pregnenolone. You can also substitute pregnenolone with
progesterone cream; (2b) for men: take 1-3 pills of a man’s formula (including
glandular prostate, parsley, saw palmetto berries, corn silk, buchu leaves,
cayenne, kelp and pumpkin seeds with each meal, and 3-5 drops each of colloidal
zinc, vitamin B6, and a liquid amino acid formula (including lysine, methionine,
arginine, leucine, tyrosine, tryptophan and phenylalanine), 3 times a day.
Infectious/degenerative
problems – includes AIDS and cancer. Try colloidal
formulas (of osmium, ruthenium and palladium), co-enzyme Q1 (NADH),
caprylic/undecylenic acid (antiyeast substances), and enzymes such as bromelain
and papain.
Toxic stress (oxidation
and mycotoxins) – try colloidal or liquid vitamin C,
Echinacea, glutathione, calcium, boron, silver, lithium, selenium, pregnenolone,
pine bark extract, progesterone (for women that do not need the pregnenolone),
fish liver oil, beta carotene, dandelion root, eyebright, marshmallow root,
licorice root, parsley, n-acetyl cysteine, l-taurine, organic sulfur,
caprylic/undecylenic acid, grape seed extract, a multimineral and sprouted soy
formula (natural hormone source).

cauliflower, squash, zuccini, beets, radishes, avocado, tomato, bell pepper (all
colors), chard, asparagus, green beans, leeks and eggplant. Also, good is fresh
parsley, cilantro and basil.
TIPS
Make huge salads (3 days
worth) including spinach, red onions, pine nuts, tofu, carrots, beets, radish,
sunflower seeds and sprouts. Can also make wraps. Keep a bowl of fresh almonds
soaking in the refrigerator. Cover raw nuts with water and soak overnight,
changing water daily. They will keep about 3 days. Also, keep lemons and limes
on hand as a vinegar substitute, and squeeze them in drinking water all day. Do
sprouting,
and
DRINK
MORE WATER!!
