Jellybean Dolls

Jellybean dolls were manufactured as competition to Kenner's popular Strawberry Shortcake line. They were made by a company called Lanard in about 1981. (Lanard also made My Little Pony knockoffs, and still produces a line of figures called "The Corps!," an inexpensive alternative to G.I. JOEs)

The Jellybean Line of dolls consisted of three characters: Cindy Cinnamon, Lucy lemon, and Very Cherry. Each character har a doll and a miniature PVC figure. There were also several outfits for the dolls that could be purchased separately.

Lanard also produced several other short lines of dolls using the same molds as the JellyBeans, for information on these, please refer to the Doll Identification Page.

The pages are arranged by character. Click on the character you want to see her doll, miniature and card back.
