SpeakersHere's a list of speaker sources I have found. I have not tried all the speakers listed below. My favorite speaker is the ICC (also known as Intervox) S11X16VNS, if it will fit. They definitely add a lot to an operating session. Soundtraxx has sound samples for their DSD-150 and DSX decoders here. ESU has sound samples for there LokSound series decoders here. Soundtraxx does not have sound samples for their LC series decoders on their web. Here's a few samples I've taken with the voice annotation feature of my digital camera.
I don't have the DSD-090LC heavy steam sounds yet.
The LC diesel PnP decoders have the Wabco E2 horn for the single horn, the Nathan K5LA for the five chime horn. Comparing the sound I get out of the three chime horn setting on the LC with the various DSD150 wave files form Soundtraxx's web site, does not seem to give an exact match. I think it's the Leslie S3. Here's a few DSX steam whistle sounds, just to compare with those from Soundtraxx
