Lineage

I began my Tang Soo Do training under Vernon Medeiros Sabom Nim , in early 1995.  Medeiros Sabom Nim is the Head Instructor for The Center for Aikido and Tang Soo Do Studies Headquarters, located in Hagerstown, MD.  Prior to that, I had been involved, formally and informally, with the martial art of Tae Kwon Do (Chung Do Kwan/Song Moo Kwan) since 1983.  My instructor started his training in 1979 with Master Jong H. Lee, who founded the Institute of Tangsoology^TM in 1975.  I currently hold the rank of Oh-Dan (5th degree, Midnight Blue Belt) and am the instructor for the satellite school called The Center for Tang Soo Do Studies under Medeiros Sabom Nim . Click on the button below to read about Tangsoology^TM, as told by Master Lee:
