How far is the house from the beach? 2 blocks = 300 yards = .17 of a mile

Where is the beach access? 6th Street. Same street as the home.

How is the house laid out? 4 bedrooms,  2 1/2 baths, two living rooms, three decks, a kitchen and a dining area. See the virtual tour. 

Do we need to bring linens? Yes.

What is the sleeping layout? 4 bedrooms; 1 King, 1 queen, 4 twins, 1 sofa/sleeper.

Is it air conditioned? Central Air.

Do we need bikes? Yes.

Do we need a car?  You can walk to everything you need... no need to burn gas.

Do we need beach tags?  No, we provide 10 seasonal beach tags.  Also, they can be purchased on the beach. Children under 10 and senior citizens do not require beach badges.

Should we bring beach chairs? Yes.

Is there an outside shower? Yes, with a changing room.

Is there a gas grill? Yes, a Weber.

Does the kitchen have dishes? Yes, it has enough to prepare and serve meals for ten.

How far is Fantasy Island? Two blocks.

How far is Thundering Surf Water Park? Three Blocks.

How far is the Show Place? Six short blocks.

How far is the grocery store? Murphy's Market is six short blocks.

Are there any games in the house? Yes, Billiards, Ping Pong, Monopoly, Checkers, Chess and More.

Can we smoke in the house? NO! Please don't.

Can we bring our pets? NO! Please don't.

Is there cable TV? Yes, Cable TV is complimentary.  There are two televisions, one in each living area. DVD players have been provided as well.

Is there High Speed Internet? Yes, Comcast high speed wireless internet is available throughout the house and it is complementary.

Is there a washer and dryer? Yes. Please no sandy items in the dryer.
