April 05, 2003 -- an excellent statement on smallpox from Washington state

A friend of mine sent me another statement on smallpox written by
epidemiologist David Solet from Washington state's health department.
It was printed in the Washington state public health affiliate's
newsletter and in a local newspaper.  I think it's excellent and worth
circulating.
