This pretty mansard house on Eleanor Street was used as a boarding house in the 1980s and was left in a sorry state when it went up for sale in the early 1990s. The abandoned house was infested with fleas and raccoons were living in the ceilings. The current owners have wrought a spectacular transformation, restoring the house to Victorian-inspired luxury.
