The Auction has ended, Now What?

At the conclusion of the auction, an invoice is sent out.

If you are outside of the USA, and a Customs declaration is required, your item will be shipped as MERCHANDISE, Please do not ask us to claim it is a gift, this is Fraud! The Penalty for Customs fraud is $1,000.00 minimum.

If you are purchasing more than one item, Please notify me. The items can be combined to save on postage costs.

We use Bubble wrap to secure your item. For padding, we use recycled whole or shredded Newspaper.


I received my item Damaged, What do I do now?

Do Not Panic! ALL Items are insured, you paid for it!

We carefully package to ensure your item is received undamaged. Once an item is shipped, we have no control over how the carrier will handle it.

First, Print out the original invoice to prove the value of the item. YOU MUST PROVE THE Value, not us! If you are unable to provide proof, please ask us, we will claim the amount of your purchase. (But remember, overstating the Value is attempted fraud and we will not be a part of it. Insurance Claim fraud is a minimum $10,000 Fine.)

Take the damaged item, packaging materials, and all contents to YOUR local post office. If your box contained more than one item, take all items even if they are not damaged.

Obtain PS Form 1000 and fill it out with the assistance of your Claims Manager.

The Green PS-3813 (or Blue PS-3813P) insurance receipt will be provided to your Post Office once they send the form to us. We DO NOT send it to you; Your Post Office must request it from us. If they tell you otherwise, ask them to check the latest DMM manual for updated instructions.

Your Post Office must provide us with a Self-addressed and postage paid envelope. Not providing this will definitely delay your refund.

If your item is valued at less than $50.00, you will receive a US Postal Money order from your PO within one week to 10 days of filing.

If your item is valued at more than $50.00, you will receive a US Postal Check From the St Louis Finance Center within 2-4 weeks of filing.

Once you have filed the Form, YOUR post office is in control; we have no way of expediting your refund or telling you how long it may take. You may call your PO and ask them to check on it, if you feel it is taking an inordinate amount of time. Your PO can call the Finance center to check on the disposition of your refund.

If you find you are having any problems, please email us and tell us your PO Claims managers name and telephone number, and we will do whatever we can to help.


I am Not Happy with this Item!

First and foremost, do Not Panic! We are here to help, but courtesy is very important!

If your item is not described accurately or you feel the item is not up to your expectations, please let us know.

We have no intention of selling sub-standard merchandise and will assist you, but remember the Golden Rule! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, If you feel it necessary to insult or threaten us, chances are you will not receive a refund! We impart courtesy and kindness in all our transactions and would expect the same from you.

Our refund policy is fairly liberal, but please use good judgment, it is your responsibility as a buyer to ensure that what you are bidding on is what you want!

To begin your refund process

First Re-read the ad to make sure the damage was not already disclosed in the ad.

DO NOT wash the item; it is marked with a non-permanent washable watermark. Washing the item will remove our watermark, and Void your refund.

You must notify us by email within 3 days of receipt of the item.     In this email include the item #.  We reserve the right to reject requests for a refund past the 3-day inspection period.

Once we receive your email, you will be instructed to re-wrap the item in the original box and returned to our address.

You must return the item via US MAIL only (NOT UPS) and insure it for the amount of value. (Remember to keep the insurance receipt until we notify you that we have received your item.) Failure to Return in our Box by US Mail or Insure appropriately will void your refund. Return insurance protects both of us against loss or damage.

Once we receive your item, it will be examined for our watermark and inspected to verify your claim. Additionally we will compare the item with our original photos to make sure the damage did not occur after we shipped.

After the inspection process, you will be notified by email.

Refunds are issued via a US Postal Money Order after receipt of your item.

Please keep in mind we do NOT refund shipping costs.

NOTE: Falsely claiming for a refund from a retail establishment is a 2nd degree Misdemeanor in all 50 states, known as Theft By Deception. If it is found that you falsely claim for a refund, we will take appropriate action. This includes 'switching' or intentionally damaging an item to gain a refund.


What is not covered under our Refund Policy?

The following conditions are not covered under our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee the value of an item.

We do not refund for Buyers Remorse, For example, if you feel you paid too much, or changed your mind.

We do not refund due to stated condition if the ad stated it was damaged, and then it is damaged.

We do not Guarantee the originality, authenticity, value or age, marketability or usefulness of any item unless specifically stated in the ad.


POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE?

Our feedback procedure is automated; we use a scripting program that will issue you a feedback comment!  As such, you must first leave us feedback in order for our program to pick up your userid and leave you feedback! The Feedback Program is run monthly.

If you have failed to send payment and complete the transaction, we will leave you a negative feedback, and as Ebay'sTM rules concerning deadbeat bidders, you will be reported to safe harbor, where appropriate action, Including suspension, may occur.


We reserve the right to void any auction with bid cancellations or bid retractions.


If you feel you cannot abide or agree with these terms of sale, Please do not bid or purchase our items. These terms are not open to negotiation and are incorporated as part of our ad, as a condition of purchasing an item from us.
