1. How long do most orders take to complete?

a: About a week to 10 days.

2. How do I get a quote?

a: Just e-mail or call for a quote.

3. How many colors can you print?

a: six color screen print and ten color embroidery.

4. Can you help with my art work or help create a design?

a: Yes!

5. What is your minimum order?

a: Screen print 24 pieces minimum, Embroidery 1 piece.

6. Do you deliver?

a: We deliver in the metro Atlanta area. We usually ship UPS outside the metro Atlanta area.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

a: Cash, Check and PayPal.

8. I have artwork, what file type do you need when I e-mail it to you?

a: JPG, GIF, AI (PC version), PSD (PC version), EPS, PDF, Tiff, BMP. When using vector files please convert text to curves. Vector files work great for T-shirt printing! For better quality, it would be best to make sure artwork is created between 250-300 dpi.

9. How big can you screen print a design?

a: 11" X 13"

10. Can you print on T-shirts I provide?

a: YES!
