The
rules are fairly simple. You just take over a stable and try
everything you can to gain the most BPs by the end of the period.
You will be assigned a stable on the Minnesota Downs
Message Board to run for 13 weeks. During those thirteen weeks you may run this
stable any way you like, except you can not breed new horses with the breeding
points (except as prizes to be donated to the residency)
You may claim or
gather runners from the auction and run them as you see fit to gain
the most BPs during the thirteen weeks .
The final week of the contest, anyone with over 400 BPs in their stable will breed the best
possible horse that they can. . All of those horses will
be transferred to one of the Minnesota Prize Barns to be used as prizes in other contests.
This is a collective effort, so at the start of the next
period anyone who has volunteered again will be assigned a different stable to
run then the one they had just run.
