THE MINNESOTA STALLION BREEDING CONTEST

This is an annual contest where resident members breed a 3 year old horse using any sire that is standing at Minnesota.
(Note to see the eligible sires go to the horse ticker on the sim breeding page and click on Minnesota for the state tag of the sires)

Once you have bred your horse you post the name, id# on the weekly contest thread. You then run your horse and score points based on top 3 finishes in the races they run in.

The scoring is as follows (horse must finish in top 3 to score)
MSW,CLAIMING,STARTER ALLOWANCES=1 POINT
RESTRICTED ALLOWANCE RACES=2 POINTS
OPEN ALLOWANCE RACES=3 POINTS
OVERNITE AND RESTRICTED STAKE RACES=5 POINTS
GRADED STAKES=7 POINTS

A BONUS OF 1 POINT IS AWARDED ON TOP OF THE ABOVE SCORES IF THE HORSE WINS THE RACE.

Races on any day of the week are eligible for this contest.
If a horse is claimed or sold they would be disqualified from the contest.
Players can replace their horse twice per year but would lose any previous score from the horse that they are replacing.

At the end of the calender year the scores are tallied with following credit prizes.

1ST PLACE=1000 CREDITS
2ND PLACE=500 CREDITS
