Three-Wall News

Rumor has it that the St. Paul City Parks have budgeted money for construction of 3 three-wall handball courts this year. The courts are to be located near Arcade and the new Phalen Corridor just south of the YMCA on Arcade. However, the city parks department says the project did not make the budget cut for 2006.
