Bio: Lieutenant Commander Baker was born on Earth to a family of engineers; his father served on the Exeter, his grandfather on the Enterprise B, and his uncle on the USS Galaxy.  From an early age, George showed a gift for putting things together and figuring out how things work.  While at the Academy, George had a tough time with a Vulcan, T’Vinn, who became his roommate his second year, when he and two friends played a practical joke on him one night by rewiring the chronometer, making him think he was late.  In time, George and T’Vinn did become friends until T’Vinn was killed at Wolf 359.  George’s hobbies include holo-programming, late 23rd century starships, and mediaeval music.  His brother married a blonde Vulcan in 2360, who now teaches at the Academy in San Francisco.
