Bio: Lieutenant Ji'ann was born in 2320 to a large family on a harsh world, where honor, integrity, family, discipline, and morals dictate your actions to a high degree.  Loyalty is highly valued there, and when a young Lieutenant Scilding vouched for Pra'asta to join the Starfleet as the first Mi'in to join, the two became friends very quickly.  They kept in touch via subspace and were eventually assigned to the same ship with the USS Utopia.  Pra'asta is a tough but fair tactical officer, and is quick on his feet.  He is slow to anger, and keeps his head cool in combat.
