did Jim Mc. know what he started or how long it would last when he
decided to place an ad in the Baltimore "Gay Paper" looking to see if there
were any other men in the community interested in better ways of building a
network of friends than in the bars or baths.
Contrary to common wisdom that the Monday Night Group is NOT the best place to find someone to date or to meet a partner, Jim Mc (right side of photo) met Scot M. (left side of photo) at the first meetings. They quickly settled into a relationship and commitment that continues to this day. Many years ago back around 1989, they moved out of the area and now reside in upstate New York. We thank Jim for making the effort for doing what he did and wish both Jim and Scot all our best...
