A Celtic Connection (Spain and Ireland)
by Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre
A cross-cultural program illustrating the influences of the migration of the Celts into both countries.  This performance will feature the principal dancers of Alborada, the Brian Sexton Irish dancers, the Irish music ensemble Coolmagort, and bagpipers from Galicia, Spain.

Modern Movie Makers: From Jaws to Pulp Fiction

The three most important film makers spotlighted in this presentation will be Steven Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino and James Cameron with several asides on Ron Howard's Oscar-winning "A Beautiful Mind"  with commentary on other fact-based movies.  The class will also include discussion of recent Oscar winners plus highlights of the instructor's twelve year career serving as movie critic for the New Jersey Herald.

First in Flight: The Wright Brothers

Family friendly one hour musical event based on the play "Flight" by Arthur Giron, about the Wright brothers' successful flight at Kitty Hawk.  Witness as Orville develops the technical skills and Wilbur lends the creative inspiration with the necessary ideas.  Working through their bitter rivalry, they band together as a team as they are ultimately able to achieve their dream of flight.
