We own a cafe in the French Quarter themed on Broadway. Our two dining areas are named after Broadway Plays, "The Phantom of the Opera" and "Cats". Our office is "the Moody Blue Room". We play, of course, Broadway music and "the Moodies" while we are opened. It's nice to see a web site like yours. You have done a very good job. By the way, the House of Blues is around the corner from us. Last year when the Moody Blues were in New Orleans, they dropped by and we saw them over there. I'm 12 years old and I have been hoping and praying to meet him scince I was nine. I went to the Wallingford C.T show on Nov. 18. The seats were pretty close but WAY on the side, John's side. The guards let us go right up to the stage. I held up a big sign that said I'm back and went up. John smiled at me and gave me a thumbs up. After the show, after Justin, Ray and Graeme left, John came out. He walked right over to the small group and signed his autograph for anyone how had something for him to sign. I asked him if he saw me and he said yes. I got two pictures of me and him and one of me, my dad and him. Never in my Wildest dreams I thought that would happen. I met Justin too!!!! |

A friend brought me to a concert in (I think) 1992 and I've been hooked ever since. We go to all the show as Tahoe Caesars or anywhere around the San Francisco Bay area. |

I have program onmy computer called "Wired for Sound" which is able, amoung other functions, to act as a sort of talking alarm clock.. It also allows me to play midi files of my choice. Wouldn't you rather be awakened by a nice "Moody Midi" than by something dumb like "Here Comes Santa Claus" or whatever? I am using the newly released commercial version of Netscape Navigator 3.0 at full 256 colour, and I haveonly ONE THING to say about your graphics: N E A T! In fact, do you think I could get away with saying that your graphics are really "...OUT THERE (SOMEWHERE)" ??? Do me a favour? I love the Moodies I've seen them 3 times met Justin, got his and John's autograph, and sat in the 6'th row at the Meadows. Every time John would look my way I would jump up and down. He saw me and smiled at me a lot. They were ON that night. I was amazed that they played never comes the day. I've never heard that at a concert, neither did the three women sitting next to me who have seen them 18 times. I Hope and Pray (Ha! Ha!) that they will be touring for a while. I'm 15 years old and LOVE them. Me & my friends saw them June 29 at Sandstone. We had THIRD ROW CENTER seats. Don't worry, I had a camera and the film is safely locked up in my room. I got 40 some shots & they're all pretty darn good. I'll never forget that night. In a nutshell, here's what happened. OK now. We (my friends & I) got to the venue like 3 hours before it started for some stupid reason I'm not going to go into. We had these 3 big yellow neon signs that said JUSTIN IS HOT, MOODIES RULE, and CAN WE PLEASE COME BACKSTAGE. Sence we were sitting in the third row the guys saw us pretty good. THE MOODY BLUES KNEW I EXISTED!!!! OK, well this person we were sitting next to kind of knew the band and she took our posters back to the hotel for the guys to autograph. The next day Sarah (she went to the concert with me) & I got a phonecall from the lady who took our posters to get autographs. SHE GOT JUSTIN'S AUTOGRAPH for my friend. Sarah was very excited INDEED. The lady told us everything about what happened at the hotel. JUSTIN & JOHN WERE ASKING ABOUT US! They wanted to know our names and all this stuff. The lady on the phone told me a lot more but it was lost in the excitement of the moment. She told us Justin said he had seen a lot of signs at concerts over the years, but never one that said JUSTIN IS HOT. It was a night I will never forget.Hey, E mail me if you want to talk. My computer is acting weird & it may not work, but what the hay, try & see. |

I went to my first MB concert 4 years ago. I've been hooked ever since. I went to the Time Traveler concert on May 19th. It was fantastic! We didn't have the best seats in the world, but made up for it after the concert by hanging around to get a look at them in person. There was only about a dozen of us, but we were rewarded by Justin and John spending a few minutes with us signing autographs, taking pictures and chatting. (Justin is even better looking in person)I didn't have anything except my newly bought tour shirt for them to sign, but hey, it worked. I could have kicked myself for not bringing a camera and getting it on film! Oh well, there is always next time. I can't wait until their next album is released.Gotta go! |
