Small parties, weddings and corporate retreats are a recent addition to our rentals. We have had so many requests about it, we decided to allow them on a trial basis in the spring and fall seasons. Upper Weyanoke has a number of great locations for ceremonies, rehearsal dinners and meetings.

If you are interested in using Upper Weyanoke for your event, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss your needs to determine if Upper Weyanoke is right for you. We are also happy to meet with you at Upper Weyanoke to inspect the grounds before deciding. We do not supply any ancilary services such as tent and furniture rentals or caterers. All we supply are the grounds. For events with more than 30 attending we request that rentors make arrangements for porta johns.

Single day events are $750 and may go up if you require additional services from us. If you choose to stay in the houses for several days then you are only charged the maximum daily rental rate of $500. There is no additional charge for hosting your event unless there are special needs. If you do choose to stay we ask for a three night minimum.
