We try to offer the most competitive rates for webpage development around. As of right now, we do not offer flash design, database programming or web hosting. Offering some of these services would take the affordability out of our design services.

Basic Package: $450

Customer can provide a general idea of layout and style, which will be fine-tuned and modifed for HTML at no extra charge. The customer can also submit source material with no pre-conceived layout. We will create and design one homepage and up to four basic* secondary pages, to a maximum of 40 hours of design and layout to your specific needs and specifications. Once the 40 hrs has been met, the client will be billed at $35 per hour.

We use custom designed theme graphic elements for the site's appearance, including navigation, headers and background.

During the design process of each web site, I will post content to a "test site" viewable via the internet. This will enable you to follow the progress and development of your web site from your computer, and provide feedback to me regarding you websites layout and design.

Included In This Package:

• 1 main homepage and up to 4 basic* pages, up to 40 hours.
• Up to 10 digital format images, or 5 scans w/ minor image manipulation [i.e. resize photo, logo, stock image]
• Up to 2 interactive contact forms with customized output sent directly to an email address provided by you.
• Uploading completed pages to server
  

Additional charges:

• Additional Pages or after 40 hour basic package, goes to an hourly rate of $35/hour
• Updates and maintenance to existing website go to an hourly rate of $25/35 hour based upon level of update. More intricate updating, i.e. page/site redesign goes to an hourly rate of $35/hour.
