3. There are two kinds of Quality, Dynamic Quality (DQ) and static quality (sq).
4. Dynamic Quality is undefined, but it is pre-intellectually experienced and
is the source of all things (sq).
5. Static quality is the universe of defined things, often called "patterns of
value", from rocks to the Bill of Rights, and is categorized into
inorganic, biological, social, and intellectual levels.
6. In the history of the universe, static quality has been evolving from the
inorganic level upwards through to the intellectual level, becoming more
dynamic, and striving toward Dynamic Quality.
7. A framework for resolving moral issues states that static quality at
higher levels have moral precedence over static quality at lower levels.
