Our Purpose

II Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given unto us the ministry of reconciliation;

This is a believer's calling, to reconcile others back to God. This ministry is twofold:

1. We reach out to those who have been abused and discarded by religion and legalism.

2. We reach out to those who have heard little or nothing of God's Word. We do this by teaching God's Word, researching God's Word, studying God's Word, and fellowshipping with believers. We make our fellowships available to those who are searching for an accurate knowledge of the truth, and desire to increase the power of God in their lives. We believe in tithing and freewill gifts, however we send most of our money to other ministries, because all of our staff is currently volunteer, and our expenses are quite small. We have our fellowships in the home after the manner of the first century believers who had fellowships in their homes and households. Each believer is encouraged to grow from within without compulsion. We fellowship with other groups that rightly divide the Word of God and correctly apply it.

Statement of Beliefs

We believe in one God who is: The Almighty, The Creator, The Father of Jesus Christ, The Lord God who is one Lord. We believe that God is light and in him is no darkness at all. We believe that God is Love. We believe that God is eternal with no beginning and no ending.

We believe that Jesus Christ is The Son of God, The Only Messiah, and that he is The Way, The Truth, and The Life: and that no man comes to God, but by Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ had a beginning, that he was created by God, born of Mary, that he was crucified, and after 3 days and 3 nights that God raised him from the dead. We believe that Jesus Christ ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back, and that we will be gathered together with him. We believe that Jesus Christ came that we might have a life which is more than abundant.

We believe that God is Holy Spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth. We believe in the gift of holy spirit and the nine manifestations of holy spirit that are available to all born again believers.

We believe that the Bible is the revealed word and will of God. We believe that the original scriptures were authored by God, were given by inspiration of God, they came not by the will of man, but that they were given by revelation. We believe that the word of God interprets itself and that there are simple keys that help believers understand the Word. We believe the Bible is to be rightly divided, and that it is not to be privately interpreted. We believe that the Word of God should never be watered down with the traditions and commandments of men.
