Prior to your "steam" treatament, following the guide below, gently massage the serum into your skin.
TO ENHANCE THE "INFUSION" OF SERUM: Warm Towels- Use two terry-cloth hand towels and soak them in warm - not hot, water. Wring one towel out and drape it over your face, leaving room for the nose and mouth. When the first towel cools, remove and replace it with the second warm.
Basin of Hot Water- Prepare a basin of hot water and make a tent over your head with a towel. Slowly lower your face toward the water, just to the point where you feel the damp vapors against your skin. Be careful not to scald yourself. Keep your face in the steam tent for about 5 minutes or only for as long as it feels comfortable.
Note : The intense heat may irritate sensitive skin, so go only as close to the steam as feels comfortable.
