Here are a couple of pictures taken recently (September, 2006) down on the Sammamish River Trail near Redmond, Washington.
Here are a couple of recent humming bird pictures -- boy are those guys fast !!! Even with a strobe at close to 1/2000 of a second, the wings are still blurred in flight !

Stellar Jay - one of the "Blues Brothers" as we call them - toss a handfull of peanuts out the window and they show up like clockwork !!
