Here are my Hobbies:

I've added my hobbies pages to this page as they are of course hobbies....

The rest of this page doesn't really change, It tells you about my hobbies and well about

me and my likes that kind of thing.

I like to stitch, cross stitch, blackwork , spanish stitch, pulled thread and

needlepoint. I am a avid reader...as we all know. I collect fun things ok people here's

the list...Ladybug stuff, Wizard of Oz , Harry Potter, and of Course X-Files.

Thought I was done well here's some more. Tomb Raider , elephants and Hippos,

beanie babies - ok really only the dog ones and games (of all flavors and sizes).

One thing that I can say that I truly love (Other than my family), are books.

I can tell by the way a book smells(yes they have a smell) if the book is worth reading.

While many people give away their books I could never willingly give one away.

Books will always have a home with me.

Here is another of my Hobbies. I like languages. When I was a teenager and made to

take Spanish I stunk at it ( You know as a teenager I lost a lot of time crying over being

picked on when all I really needed was a good book to make me feel better) now however

I love to look and try to speak and learn all sorts of languages and right now my flavor is

set on Latin. Ok so its dry but its interesting and is coming to me with some ease.

Curriculum is also easy for me to pick, review and honestly appraise. While I'm no expert

I try to imagine a Childs point of view from using the text and if I think its worth the cost.

A lot of great Home school stuff is available. Let me know if you are looking for some-

thing in particular chances are I've come across the curriculum.

I have expanded my hobbies to Quilting and Playing an online game called

Diablo II. I cut my first block with my husbands help and he showed me how to put it

together on the computer. I cut all by myself my second block. I am doing a "Block of

the Month" quilt through a local store. It costs a whole Five bucks for the entire year the only

catch is you have to show up the first Saturday of the month to get the next block.

As for the Online Game DiabloII my husband and son got me into this game and

I must say at first I was not to sure however now I am hooked! My sorceress is a

evel 78 not bad......

Ok now that you know more about my hobbies here's what I want to expand into:

I want to learn more languages such as German, Polish, French and maybe even Japanese.

I want to be able to not only read and write the language but be able to speak the language

with ease. Certification in Blackwork would be great so I could teach it and then maybe

earn some money for something I am good at. I would like to work more with my hands

like sewing and gardening. I also need some good cooking lessons. My family is so tired

of Blah Chicken meals. Most of my friends realize I am a cruddy cook......
