Instructions: For each of the terms below, write the term on the front on an index card (5x8), and on the other side, write a definition, the general significance for world history, a historical example from Unit 1, and explain the historical significance of that example. In a bottom front corner, write the unit number as the same term (and card) may apply to more than one unit. For terms that apply to more than one unit, use the same card and add a historical example from the new unit’s time period, and explain the historical significance of that example. Cards should be submitted with a cover card listing student name, class period, and listing of each unit with a space for the grade; cards should be bound with rubber band or some type of cording. Cards will be collected the day of the unit test. Cards will be verified one week prior to the unit test (have all cards, get stamped that all cards are present, keep cards to use to study).
