        With this deadly disease called Multiple Sclerosis, life can be changed drastically. Everyday life tasks such as going outside and traveling can have serious stipulations when you are victimized by MS. Going to work can become more than a job, it will take every ounce of energy, just to earn a paycheck and possibly health insurance. Just cleaning the house or cooking dinner could exhaust you. With Multiple Sclerosis you could find yourself avoiding stressful situations even more than you used to.

        When living with Multiple Sclerosis you could find simple heat to be your worst enemy. With MS, overheating the body can aggravate factors of this disease, and temporarily worsen symptoms such as numbness, blurry vision, and weakness. With heat sensitivity, the only way to help is to avoid getting overheated. Living with heat sensitivity can lead you to finding ways to stay cool, a few ways are having an air conditioner, stay out of hot tubes, and avoid direct sunlight.

        Unusual fatigue can befall you when living with MS. You can become exhausted from doing simple tasks and also find it hard to do complex tasks. Exacerbations of your MS can cause you to not be able to do any hard tasks for the next 24-48 hours. These exacerbations will make life tough but ways to avoid them are to avoid its triggers, such as infection and stress, this disease can cause your muscles to wither away causing even the simplest tasks in life to be even more complex.
