My personal mission is to seek out the strengths of each individual student via problem solving skills and differentiated instruction. I realize that each student has the power to succeed, and it is my responsibility to treat all students as individuals. Professional excellence is achieved through continuing education, whether in the classroom learning from my students, in my online classroom, or in the outside world that is faced every day. A positive attitude is a must, as well as daily affirmations regarding things that will go well each day.
