My career, like that of most people, began as an unplanned series of divergent paths leading inexorably forward - beginning with graphic design and graduating to instructional engineering, e-Learning development, and interactive multimedia. Along the way, I've picked up some impressive credits.

I've been published in Games for Windows, Game Developer, The Escapist, Play Meter, Develop, Joker, Skoar! and European CEO magazines and quoted in major works on the subject of e-Learning. My monthly column at the International Game Developers Association, along with a solid codex of other writings, appear regularly online.

I've directed and executed marketing projects for major ad agencies, international corporations and not-for-profit consortia. I work with educators to design game studies curricula at the postsecondary level and am a respected expert in the fields of e-Learning, instructional design and interactive entertainment.

And to think, I studied Roman history and film theory in college. Go fig.
