Due to the influx of submissions during the Halloween season, it can take up to five working days to see your link added.

A RECIPROCAL LINK IS REQUIRED back to our portal page from your links section as well. This is asked as a common courtesy. We are giving you a free link, we think it is only fair that we get one in exchange.  We will check for a link and if we don't find one back to us, we'll delete the submission. This rule hasn't been enforced up to this point but will be from now on. Checking the last dozen sites to apply, one site had any links back to any of our sites. This is just plain inconsiderate.
