Mike Mulligan has been in independent practice of Clinical Psychologist for 29 years, providing services to numerous Managed Mental Health and Employee Assistance Programs. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, first issued 3/13/74, and current to 11/30/09. He has been certified by the Council for the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology since 1979, and is the holder of the Certificate of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and Other Psychoactive Substance Use Disorders, from the American Psychological Association, College of Professional Psychology, issued 1996, renewed by examination 8/1/99 and current to 8/1/08. He holds a Certificate of Completion as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), issued October 30, 2003, (temporarily inactive). Marilyn Mulligan has been a Registered Nurse for 40 years. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and Ontario. She has worked in child psychiatry, women's penal institute, school nursing, and pediatric nursing. She is certified in Nursing Administration and is active in pre-admission and assisting clients in initiating treatment, managing and scheduling of appointments and provides help in securing the necessary referrals from insurers and managed care organizations. She is often the first person you will speak to and is a valuable and resourceful contact at our office, feel free to ask her for any advice on your options and needs.
