PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
* As a team of Project Managers implementing AT&T/Cingular Wireless post-merger Billing system conversion and integration from Siebel and Atlys to AMDOCS’ Telegence and Convergys’ CARE systems. Also, supervising a team of employees/technical consultants, across multiple systems and platforms, utilizing Oracle 9i, SQL, Toad (Cingular Wireless, with 50M subscribers and $32B in Annual revenue).

* Completed comprehensive Lawson Software 8.0 upgrade project for Associated Grocers, Inc. (national retailer with 260 locations and $500M in annual sales). Customized solution, and drove complex implementation. Previously in 1998, built team, provided design, coding, modifications, and implementation of batch and on-line programs within Lawson Software 7.0.

* Led cutting-edge, multi-million-dollar ERP solution implementation (Lawson Software 8.1) for Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center (supports 200,000+ annual patient visits and generates $446M in annual revenue). Performed systems analysis and executed intricate data conversion.

* Implemented, maintained, and administered the corporate ERP solutions and Data Warehouse/BI environment for Captaris, Inc. Upgraded, enhanced, and administrated (SA): corporate ERP (Syspro 6.0), Sales/Financial reporting system, and data communication between ERP and CRM (Onyx 6.0) systems.

* Led platform and software conversion for Long’s Drug Stores (nearly 500 stores in six states and $168M in annual revenue).

* Performed extensive system analysis for Weyerhaeuser Company to discover the impact of Y2K (Weyerhaeuser has over 55,000 employees, annual sales of over $20B, and covers 18 countries).

* Led Lawson Software 7.0 upgrades for Southwest WA Medical Center (over 3,000 employees) and Providence Medical Center (covers four states).
