These recipes for 14 years have very slightly changed, becoming the present day unique taste and style they are now... you have made them what they are with your feedback. We thank you for helping us perfect our sandwishes and 32 oz. Island Sips you come for every day, folks... this is the place to get an idea of what the real thing is all about! Indeed Mobile Munchies' foods are tried and true, refined through your suggestions and feedback(always appreciated), right here on the streets of Richmond Va. . The dishes are prepared fresh every day with only the healthiest and highest quality ingredients. The final destination: extasy in your mouth, will never be forgotten... so the gourmet aspect of our preparation will NEVER be compromised.
All sandwiches and Island Sipps prices shown have a price which already contain Richmond's demon extortion fee (food and sales tax) of 11%! You are the boss here, so you have a few choices for the personalization of your lunch: your sauces, seasonings, choice of a whole wheat or flour tortilla, and whether it is a "to-go or a for-here"... we offer clean blankets for our customer to relax on... please c'mon out and grab a barstool or blanket and RELAX... rest and have a nice calm lunch. The tortillas we use are oil- and preservative-free,: tortillas are a flat bread, naturally fat-free, and ultra low-carb, and are easily digested... not to mention ultra-yummy!!!.

  "THE PIPSQUEAK"... smaller roll-up featuring our homemade hummus, or cream cheese, spread over your choice of our tortillas, with fresh-steamed basmati rice on top... finished with your choice of our homemade sauces. ... $2.00/or $2.50 with both hummus and cream cheese! {suggested sauces, cucumber and/or sweet onion honey mustard and cheddar, maybe a sprinkle of black pepper and.or fresh-shredded parmesan, or peanut sauce and cucumber}


  "THE JANK"... your choice of tortillas, with our 3-bean mix on top: kidney, pinto, and black beans, boiled till they are done, but still firm, with tomato paste to thicken, and a bit of brown sugar. We season it with the right mix of 13 spices. You can accompany this one with basmati rice, and/or add cream cheese underneath (cream cheese melts up a bit here, resembling a thick sour cream)... throw on any of the 6 Island Sauces, any of the seasonings on the house! ... $2.00 with just beans, $2.50 with basmati, $3.00 all-the-way! {suggested sauces: I'm seeing many times bbq, cheddar, a touch of hot and cucumber, sometimes, as well. Many boost it with parmesian from the land of Parmesia, and a sprankle (lol) of black pepper as well.}

  "HEALTHY HUMMUS-IN-THE-GARDEN"... our heavenly healthy hummus, which is prepared in a better way, boyee... spread over your tortilla choice, with either raw or steamed veggies (fresh carrot slices, zucchini slices, and broccoli florets), and perhaps a sprinkle of basmati rice on top. Finish it off with your sauces and seasonings: better than a trip to the vegetable isle! ... $2.50 with raw veg., $3.00 with steamed, $3.50 with veg. and basmati. {suggested sauces: we see it chosen many times with Love and peanut, we also see many kickin' it with sweet onion and cucumber, kinda keeps with the veggie theme.}



  "THE HIPPIE-JANK"... the 3-bean mix that we see a select group of customers really digging with the healthy hummus and basmati rice; a real protein machine! And yes, we toss on the spices and seasonings for free here too ... $3.00. {suggested sauces: try some peanut, and maybe a touch of Liquid Love as well, kat says peanut just seems to go so well with the hummus, and I think the cucumber compliments it as well.}


  "THE TANK a.k.a "THE BIG AL","...  named after our friend forever Alan, his favorite, the all-the-way jank, consisting of the absolutely irresistably-yummy 3-bean mix, cream cheese and basmati rice which our regulars have morphed into a yummy veggie burrito with the addition of the tabouli (see the roll) all over it. Definitely a serious veggie fix! Sauce it and season it too... yes, choose your tortilla! ... $4.00 {suggested sauces, cheddar, cucumber, bit of hot and arabic oriental, Kat says try sweey onion honey mustard and bbq}      

 

   "THE TABOULI ROLL" ... we would like to spread our hummus on your choice of tortilla (heh), and, on top, introduce you to our tabouli: funny name, but yummy stuff (destemmed parsly, shredded cucumbers, carrots, red bell peppers, chopped scallions, diced fresh rosemary, seasonings, tossed with cracked wheat and a bit of caraway seed. Even better with basmati rice, and/or our philly cream cheese! ... $3.00 straight-up, $3.50 with either choices added, $4.00 all-the-way.
{suggested sauces, kat says this is another one absolutely kickin' with bbq, sweet onion honey mustard, and a touch of hot. I say maybe cheddar sas well?}


  "HEY JOE"... spread that cream cheese or hummus on your choice of tortillas, place on top the steamed or mixed veggies, excellent with the basmati. A simple change in sauces will make two of the same wraps be totally different: choose well with the seasonings too. You are gonna love this one! ... $3.50.
{suggested sauces: the hummus way with peanut or honey mustard, maybe both with cheddar. Also add a touch of fresh shredded imported parmesan from the land of parmesia and maybe some black pepper too, on the house, yummy like this.}


  "THE BASMA-VEGGIE"... all of our meatless steamy yummies, combined into one slammin' roll-up: the basmati rice, steamed veggies, and 3-bean mix... with, perhaps, either hummus or cream cheese under it all (a 50 cent increase, but ho so worth it...), sprinkled with seasonings, and sauces of your choice! ... $3.50, or $4.00 all-the-way.
{suggested sauces: Kat sends out a suggestion for bbq, honey mustard and cheddar, I agree, but veggie heads go with peanut and cucumber, maybe a touch of curry powder.}


  "THE SLAM"... a bassman's delight: everything we have that is veggie, even with cream cheese, all slammed together, in your choice of tortillas... with any combination of seasonings or sauces! ... $4.50.
{suggested sauces: Kat says, hmmm.... bbq, hotsauce and cheddar,, slam chooses it with every veggie sauce, the cucumber, hot, bbq and peanut...  maybe honey mustard too! I say bravo!}

  "THE ROASTED-GARLIC GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD"... our grilled chicken breast slices are the tastiest, scrumpdili-itiousest thang you have EVER... we grill fresh free-range chicken breast to perfection... here, it is pulled and cooled, mixed with our own roasted-garlic dressing and a bit of crispy green celery. You can add hummus or our 3-bean mix and/or basmati rice, and season/sauce it your way! ... $3.50 straight-up, $4.00 with hummus or beans and/or basmati.

peanut or honey mustard, maybe both with cheddar, the bean way Kat says with bbq and peanut, I say cheddar and bbq.}


  "  THE COSMIC"... that same chicken salad we describe above, with cream cheese under it and basmati rice in-between, with the sauces/seasonings of your choice... this one is quickly rising to be the most popularly chosen of these delicious choices! ... $4.00 {suggested sauces, cucumber and/or sweet onion honey mustard and cheddar, maybe a sprinkle of black pepper and.or fresh-shredded parmesan, or peanut sauce and cucumber}


  "THE FRESH GRILLED CHICKEN EXCURSION"... the leading of the choices which we offer... the chicken we grill is marinated in soy sauce, and sprinkled with Old Bay while grilling over lava rocks... thinly sliced, and here, it is rolled into your choice of tortillas with your choice of seasonings and sauces.. all over basmati rice which really acts as a bed for all of this loveliness. Many, for 50 cents extra, add a combo of hummus or cream cheese, and veggies... $4.00, or $4.50with the extras.
{suggested sauces, the first route plain, try it with just bbq and cheddar, with veggies, the sweet onion honey mustard, and cucumber and cheddar, the bean route, with peanut and bbq, and a touch of hot perhaps.}

  "MY LUNCH"... Jahn's favorite... the niceness-the right combination of our cream cheese, with the 3-bean mix on top, a lil bit of basmati, and the roasted-garlic grilled chix salad topping it off. Your taste buds won't understand what hit em'!... sauces and spices too... $4.00, or $4.50 all-the-way!
{suggested sauces: since this is my choice frequently, I say bbq with cucumber, a touch of hot and parmesan sprinkled, cheddar melts it all together. If you can't tell, this is my fave combo of sauces. lol)


"  "  THE TABOULI-CHICKEN SALAD"... heh, this one is pretty much the chicken salad we describe, with tabouli topping it off, and we'll even throw in beans and basmati, or hummus and rice, on the house with this one. Seasonings and sauces are your choice too! ... $4.50.

"THE GARFIELD"... we would like to hook you up with a definitely addictive substance here... the cream cheese on your choice of tortillas, with our yummy 3-bean mix over it, basmati rice, and the heated chicken slices stacked on top. Maybe with a sauce or two, or four, and seasoned to boot! ... $4.50
{suggested sauces, try Kat's choice, peanut sauce and bbq with a touch of hot, I say maybe the bbq with cucumber, cheddar and of course a touch of spicy thrown in. We have had a few coming as of late, religiously for it with no cream cheese, bbq and a touch of curry.}

"YA MOMMA"... quite a trip discussing such a choice with those interested in it, lol... much like the Garfield, but with veggies in place of the beans. This can be with your choice of our healthy hummus, or cream cheese, under a bed of steamed veggies, basmati rice and our heated fresh grilled chicken slices. A truly addictive choice, those who love this one we seldom are able to get to move around the menu... $4.50

"THE CHICKEN MUNCHIE"... this one, folks, is for the ones addicted to us with cultured taste... imagine the cream cheese, over your tortilla, with healthy hummus, and tabouli... just a bit of basmati is next, with the heated chicken slices jammed in... seasonings and sauces too... a sophisticated touch of excellence... $4.50

" ""  THE MONSTER"... we have gone ahead and ok'ed the combination of everything that we keep in the steamtable... the basmati rice, the steamed veggies, the tastefully seasoned 3-bean mix, and the heated grilled chicken slices. Go ahead, make our day, and check out a few sauces and seasonings on this long-standing favorite: the monster... $4.50

"THE BIG MOONEY"... we first called this one "the creature"... kinda like that name, too... this is a mix inside of the hummus, tabouli, fresh veggies, basmati rice, and roasted-garlic grilled chicken salad, with the right combination of seasonings and sauces... like a trip to the produce section of the grocery store, in your hand... $4.50.

""  " THE SLOOP"... named after it's innovator, our man Chris made up this one, he took the grilled chicken slices, whipped it together with a bed of cream cheese, a sprinkle of basmati rice, the steamy 3-bean thang, and topped with tabouli, and your choice of sauces... this one is indeed our biggest seller, maybe because it just seems to be the perfect combination of veggies and chicken, cheese and the taste it to die for. ... $5.00
