Worry Beads
A History
9th Inning Worry BeadsÔ were conceived during
a 1993 visit to the historic land of worry beads--Greece. Gavin Layton and Sam
Kaplan soon (well, soon relative to ice formations) created Beadle Enterprises to
manufacture and distribute 9th Inning Worry BeadsÔ. It
is very likely, had the Mariners bought into the concept, that Seattle, not New York,
would have been celebrating world series champions the last few years.
