WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY CHECKS AT THIS TIME DUE TO THE SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME BETEEN NOW AND THE DATE OF THE FLEA MARKET!!! ALSO: Please drop off your form and payment at the Murphy Recreation Center - DO NOT MAIL. This is to be sure that we receive your information on time!
*Food Vendors: You must include a copy of your valid operating licenses with your application and payment.
Once your payment is received and a space is assigned, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail with your space number. If you do not have an answering machine or an e-mail address, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope when mailing your check to us so that we can mail your confirmation to you.
The undersigned hereby forever discharges, holds harmless and releases Murphy Flea Market, its agents, beneficiaries, employees and/or volunteers from any and all manner of action, claims, damages and/or suits, whatsoever arising out of any damage and/or loss to person and/or property of the undersigned while participating in these events.
