From 1980. Paul Korchmar, my roommate freshman year. This picture was taken by Dave Yufit. That's me cut off on the left. That can of beer on the right is just a prop. We never drank beer in the dorm. Note our fabulous record and tape collection.

This is from that same party as the 1st one (1984?). That's Pete Holquist on the left, Jami Davis on the right, and Shirley Kramer, artist-in-residence, in the middle.

Kevin Auger, Smith Ground 1980. Nobody ever drank beer in the dorm. Especially not Kevin, who was on the swim team. No member of the IU swim team ever drank or smoked, as far as I know.

1980, freshman orientation week. Welcome to college. A bonfire in the courtyard. I shot a roll of film that week and didn't pick up a camera again until 1983.
