| i haven't
updated this site in forever! so i figured that i really should come
and at least give a news update. the next version of uB! is pretty
close to being released. i've been pretty busy lately with alot of
other things...but i'm thinking i should go ahead and release what i have as
of now. stay tuned in the next couple of days for the next release!

| the domain is
up! UberBrowser.com is now the official domain name. pretty
sweet eh? i've been addin alot of stuff to uB! lately... 1. Added the ability to add "Allowed" sites to popup blocker. This way you can always keep the blocker on, but allow certain sites that you know won't give you popups...or perhaps sites that use popups for content (ex. mxpx.com) 2. Added Google and eBay search functions. ::screeny:: these allow you to use the address bar to search Google or eBay sites. Pretty darn useful if ya ask me. 3. Fixed a ton of bugs, which you'll find out when it's released. -dave |

i'm working on gettin a domain
name for this site. uberbrowser.com is what the url will be, i'm just
waiting for it to go through it's registration and approval stages.
then i'll prolly find a new host to put the files and junk. i'm sure
comcast won't want to give up much bandwidth to just some user's website.
meanwhile, back at the ranch... ut2004 is comin out... hmm...will mark 0wn up in this one too? here's some longhorn news... taken from absolutepunk.net: New Found Glory will be laying down 18 songs, all of which are untitled, for the upcoming album. Of course some will be b-sides, but still. Drums are done for 12 of the songs already. They've started on some guitars and bass too. -dave |

| uB! beta v.1.1.1 is the current distributed version. beta v1.2 is very close to coming out. a couple new things were added to this version. along with some more bug fixes. hmm, there still isn't any links to download uB! -dave | |
