Jaded Heart Awards is NOT accepting applications at this time due to some health issues Thank you for understanding

As with criteria we want you to know what will disqualify you from being able to win a award. We give you this information so as you will know exactly what we will not allow. In by doing this we make it possible for the internet to be a better place.

As discussed in the criteria if your site is not pic rated and shown in the html coding and the graphic is missing, then our evaluation will immediately end.

While you might find that comet cursors and things that trail your mouse around the page is great, it tends to be distracting from seeing your site, so if you do not inform your visitors of a trailing cursor on certain pages an evaluation will be stopped.

Keeping in the spirit of family viewing if you have nudity, promote or glorify drugs, violence to humans or animals, promote the illegal down loads of wares or files or anything found to be against the laws of any state or country. Since you do not know who might be viewing your site foul language will result in the termination of the evaluation.

If your site does not have the needed number of content pages then a evaluation will not proceed to the next stage and will be terminated.

Being that you worked so hard on your site, using graphics and images from another site and not having permission for the use and showing the copyright and proper credit to that person will stop an evaluation.

You want visitors to respect your site as much as you, so linking to sites that are not family safe viewing will end a evaluation.

Please respect the hard work of others and do not link to graphics and images off of your site. This is considered band width theft and can not be allowed. You know that you would not want this done to you.

Jaded Heart Awards compiles with COPPA for the safety and privacy of the children on the internet, so we must say that if you are under the age of 16 we can not accept a application or a email.

We know that you want visitors to come to your site thats why you put it there. So if you have a part of your site that is password protected then I am sorry but that tells me I am not welcome and we can not evaluate your site. All parts of your site must be able to be viewed.
* Exception:* In Genealogy I know all living person's have a right to there privacy, therefore if there is a protected site that contain's a living person's info, then there must be an explanation given as to why it is Password Protected. GENEALOGY ONLY! *

Like many I do not want to give my personal information out. If you require a visitor to register before entering your site then I can not review it due to the fact I do not give out my personal information.

Likewise, if you obtain information from your visitors and do not have a privacy policy telling them what is done with that information then I regret we can not evaluate the site.
