This is an unofficial open-lapping, track-day listing for local clubs (see links for driver/car requirements and to confirm dates). Weekend events are highlighted in Red and holiday events are highlighted in Green.

Note about ProFormance: Seattle-area driving school ProFormance Racing has too many lapping days to present a complete list here -- and the list changes. Most of its events occur on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (with approximately 7 to 11 events per month from March through October). Club Info and Requirements

Some car clubs have membership or inter-club affiliation requirements for participation in track events (see club links for driver and car requirements). A couple of clubs have specific pre-event technical inspection requirements. Almost all require completion of some kind of training prior to letting new drivers out on a road course. See the specific club websites for any specific requirements, tech inspection forms, or checklists. Summary notes are provided in the table below.

Note—All the clubs require some kind of introductory high-performance driver education (HPDE) course completion before allowing a driver out onto a closed road course for "open lapping." Some clubs require specific clinics, while others require attendance in a "novice school" conducted on the day of an event—usually involving an instructor riding with new participants and coaching them on driving line, braking zones, and the like. Check with the track day organizer to confirm specifics. Once a clinic or course is completed with one club, and you have a lapping event under you belt, most clubs will allow you to drive with equivalent run groups.
