I have been in the Title Insurance business for 8 years in both Lee and Collier counties. I am NOT a marketer promising you what someone else can do; I AM the closing agent promising you what I can do. By listening to what you need from a title agent and giving you the service you deserve.

Information

I understand that this business is hard! But communication and proactive moves verses reactive moves make it a lot easier. I am always thinking ahead to "forecast" if you will problems that could come up and trying to solve problems before they occur.

RESPA has rolled down new regulations. Title Companies are no longer allowed to charge "Exam Fees". Starting October 1, 2007 so check your HUDs before you sign.........
