Whidbey Beachfront House + Cabins (6 bedrooms): Summer & Holidays: $5700/week, $725/night (holiday weekends- min 3 nights). Off-Peak: $3500/week, $595/night (2 night minimum, 3rd night 1/2 price).

Whidbey Beachfront House (3-4 bedrooms): Off-Peak only: $3300/week, $395/night 3+ nights weekends or 2 nights midweek.

Summer season: minimum stay 7 nights mid-June through Labor Day. Peak rates apply June- September and Holidays.

14 person max for House and Cabins at all times, 9 person max for House only.

No parties or weddings allowed.

All rates subject to 10.3% WA State and Motel/Hotel Tax.

Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property- no exceptions please. No smoking please.

50% deposit required at time of reservation. Remaining fees are due two weeks before arrival including $500 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be returned if guests leave the house picked up, undamaged and the kitchen cleaned. All funds will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 90 days or more before the beginning of your reservation dates. $300 of your deposit will be refunded if written cancellation of your reservation is received 45 days or more prior to the beginning of your stay. No refunds will be given when written notice of cancellation is received less than 45 days before the beginning of your stay.
