Homework Tips
Make the right choices and your homework will be done quickly and correctly.
Here's how to prepare yourself to battle your homework problems.

Nottingham Castle- A soldier ready for battle
1. Find a place at home to study where you can work without interruptions.
2. Keep all your papers together in a folder.
3. Never leave school without copying down your homework and making sure that you understand the assignment.
4. Put your completed homework in your bag the night before you go to school.
5. Watch TV after you have completed your homework not before or during your homework time.
6. Ask for help! Everyone, your parents and your teachers, wants you to succeed. It is never wrong or foolish to ask for help.
7. Learn to organize your time on big projects. Ask Mrs. Bloom or your classroom teacher to help you set up a schedule. Leave yourself an extra day or two at the end of a project to think about it and make last minute adjustments.
8. Get a good night's sleep on school nights. It is much easier to learn if you are rested and alert when you come to school.
