Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA)
MEMA Utilizes a state of the art satellite radio network to communicate with most of the EOC's Statewide. The VHF Lo Band radio system is utilized by the local EOC's to communicate with thier Civil Defense/Emergency Management personnel. The UHF Net is in place to function as a backup for the State EOC in the event of a major disaster.
