QST, QST, QST, Calling all farm net members. This is [Call,Name,& QTH]; your net control station for this session. The farm net meets daily on 3937 kc at 0200 utc. This net is part of the ARRL national traffic system. All amateurs are welcome to join the net. A station may get on the roll by checking in at least 5 times in a 30 day period. To remain on the roll, a station must check in at least 5 times in a calendar month, unless excused by the net manager, N7WH.
This is a directed net - please do not transmit unless invited to do so by the net control station. Please use your call sign when breaking the net. If you hear a station you wish to contact, please break with the word contact and your call. You can also list your informals during the roll call.
Unless excused by the NCS, all stations should remain on frequency until the roll call is complete and all traffic is handled. Late and visitor check-ins will be called for after the regular roll call.
Stations moving off frequency to handle traffic are requested to move at least 5 kc either side to avoid qrm to the net. Mobiles with traffic have priority, and need not move off frequency to handle their traffic.
